Lauren did a fantastic job at honoring the replacement of my meal. The original meal was cold and burnt and she put my family first and replaced the meal. Little things like that Go a long way. Thank you Lauren! ❤

This McDonald's is the BEST...always fresh food...their breakfast sandwiches are alway good..I have never gone to this location and had old tasting food sitting under a light..place is always clean....bathroom..is sparkling....service has always been exceptional...love the new kiosk to order off of....makes so simple.

Always have whipped right through the drive thru in the mornings, with the sandwiches always being made well. Not all slopped together, and falling apart, and have just been put together well. Also, they've never messed up my orders

Got my son a happy meal the other day. It was extremely busy inside and the drive thru was packed. Despite all the chaos from the school bus customers the team still got a timely and accurate order out for us. We'll done.

Staff is very nice and my order got messed up but they took care of it as soon as I walked back into the restaurant 10/10 would eat my nuggets here again

The service is very nice and the building is very clean

When you have a four year old grandson you can't go wrong eating here. The food is consistent and always edible.

The McD's staff in Yelm, WA is really great! We had a mix up with the payment order in drive thru and the staff graciously helped us through it with a great attitude! When we arrived home we realized that an item was missing from our order, so I drove back and spoke with the manager who kindly apologized and gave us a fresh (new) order of food and he even upgraded our fries from our original order and gave me a handful of Space Jam 2 stickers to make up for the missing item. When he originally told me he would make a fresh order, I said no it's alright but he told me he wanted my experience to be a good one and I really appreciate that! This is a great location to eat and if I look for work I would DEFINITELY be open to working here with how management treated my family and I!

One of the best I would say, they always read my order back and are always friendly. never really a long wait in the drive thru so if your in a hurry that's your best bet.

Great food and very friendly staff. They are usually pretty busy but will get you out as quickly as possible. They have 2 lanes where you can get your order taken. Then there are two windows where you pay at the first and make any last minute changes then you get your food at the second window and go about your day. You can’t walkthrough the drive through as it’s a safety hazard but if you have the mobile app you can place a mobile order in one of the curbside stalls and your order will be brought out to you in a timely manner.

This place is on point. A lot of McDonald's really are not ran well. I arrived and drive through was full. I quickly ordered enough for 6 people and before I knew it the food was in my hand and fresh. Special shout out to the bright eyed young lady at the front window. She went out of her way to engage in genuine conversation while they quickly put together my second bag of food inside. GOOD JOB EVERYONE!

The location in Yelm is amazing! The staff is always so helpful and polite. The management goes above and beyond when it isn't necessary and most importantly they get our order correct! I had almost given up on McDonald's then I tried this one and have been amazed. Thank you all for your efforts and even just common courtesy which, unfortunately is lacking in most customer service these days.

They have pretty quick service here and unbeatable prices on food. Tried using the app to order food so I could skip the line but the app didn't allow me to use a gift card so I had to go in anyway. But they do have electronic ordering stations inside the restaurant if the regular line is too long, so that's nice.

I went around 10:40am on Sunday. The drive thru was full so I used the lobby. The young man on front counter was very pleasant and complimented me on my choice of order. My food came out fast and accurate.

Staff have always been amazing, but today they went above and beyond!! I know kids need a place to go after school and McDonald's is prime for yelm kids. That being said...it is a privilege NOT a right. A group of disrespectful,loud and messy kids took up the dining room today. They were asked nicely several times to quiet down or leave. They got louder and ruder then started demanding they be ask nicely to leave. They even started focusing their abuse on me and my two little girls. Thankfully the manager reached them before I could. Flat out told them "do not speak like that to them, the police are on their way." My older girl who was right next to the delinquent booth broke down in years. She was so overwhelmed. She didn't understand. When you go out you should be polite and respectful... The folks there made her feel better about standing your ground against bullies. "Don't let them stop you from enjoying what makes you happy" was the gist. Topped by two beautiful sundaes, brought their smile back. My oldest is writing them a thank you note and now calls yelm McDonald's "Our" McDonald's 😍 Fast food and customer service workers don't get enough respect or appreciation... They have this family's!!

I work there and we try our best, I believe most of these reviews are bull because as someone who works almost every position I know that almost 100% of the orders we take are put together correct. Sometimes it gets really busy and the orders get mixed in the drive threw due to the fact we have two lanes.

My wife and i popped in for a light lunch. We ordered two cheese burgers and water. Both burgers were very good. FYI I always go inside instead of the drive thru and use the kiosk to order and I find it's a lot quicker

Took a bit in line. Everything was fresh and hot....and they got the order right. However $47 for 6 mcchickens 3 large fries 3 slushies and a happy meal......is a bit insane

We stopped by the drive thru on our way through town. The food was hot and tasted just like McDonald's should. But the shining star of this restaurant was the employees we interacted with. Very kind, polite, respectful, and helpful. Thank you for having a good team.

Went thru the drive thru and service was fast, correct, and hot when I got home.😊
