I am new in area. Changed my prescriptions to Rite Aid Yelm. They have treated me with kindness and respect. Yes they may not aways be able to answer the phone.
I would prefer my Pharmacist work on medication not be a receptionist.
I just drive and walk in. They are very professional and understanding.

I’m giving them 5 starts, but only because of one of the ladies in the pharmacy.
Erin, has helped me countless times and has been very patient with situations where I definitely wasn’t.. insurance companies can be a pain, but she made it a lot easier and was able to help find a solution and I appreciate her kind customer service.

I am having a bad experience with Rite Aid as it varies in policy far too frequently. As for this location I give it an A. Kindness and accuracy, new old fashioned hospitality.
