I love their selection from kitchenware to underwear, the checkout ladies are friendly they actually went out of their way and walked me to the curb outside and waited for me to drive my car up so l wouldn't have to carry my heavy bags all across the parking lot.(Who does that?)
I especially loved their prices on their clearance items.
I must say it is comforting to know that,in this economy,Macy's took notice and created Backstage for those on a budget,but that value quality as well.

Absolutely blown away. Not only was V in the men’s department super helpful and knowledgeable, she was not pushy at all. Very professional, and was able to get me everything I needed. The prices were unbeatable, I was shocked at how much I saved. This particular Macys is the best I’ve ever been to; clean and organized and it has so many things to choose from. Biggest selection I’ve seen in any Macys, no kidding- they have it all here. I’ll definitely be shopping here again and again.

I love this Macy's. It has a Starbucks and clean restrooms. Even their junior section has great brand clothes. The store itself use to have more fitting rooms but either way its never full full.

This is my go-to spot for party dresses. They are good quality, cute, and surprisingly inexpensive. Plus, they are always giving discounts, with or without a Macy's card.

It's absolutely spotless here. Both male and female restrooms near the Starbuck's were clean. The associates at the perfume section are always professional and nice.

We LOVE Macy's! As always, the displays are beautiful and the store was already looking like a winter wonderland. When we think Macy's, we think quality and so far they've never let us down!

So glad that Toys R Us has its own section within Macy's very nostalgic and a great selection of toys nicely organized and by type of toy.

Macy's Temecula has never disappointed. The deals you can find are amazing. The store is well kept anvd and the associates are always helpful. If you are serios about deals at Macy's, their credit card is must get.

Went to buy comfortable shoes for my wife as she was starting the school year and teachers spend a lot of time on their feet. Macy's in Temecula had a great selection and as always a sale. I found the perfect shoes at a great sale price, but they did not have her size 7. They quickly found that size at a Macy's that was in the direction we were heading. We were there 30 minutes later buying the shoes. Great customer service and my wife was delighted with the look and comfort of her new shoes.

I thought the watch selection was on the low side but I always enjoy Macy's overall and would recommend to everyone to shop there !!

Macy's Promenade Temecula has a store dedicated to men's fashion, children's clothing, home accessories and furniture. This store is very clean and I have always had great customer service when shopping. Men's restroom is located on the 2nd floor near the mall entrance.

When shopping for clothing in Temecula this is where I always start.

They have a great selection of athletic, surf, casual wear and suits to chose from. I can usually be found shopping their INC, Alfani, RVCA and Tommy Bahama brands. This store has a great shoe department for dress shoes and athletic shoes with dedicated customer service in those areas.

Kids clothing is located on the 1st floor next to men's. Upstairs on the 2nd floor they have everything for home. Great selection of kitchen accessories at every price point. In the bedding and towel area their Hotel brand is my favorite. The quality is very soft and lasts a long time.

Pretty much all of my indoor and outdoor furniture is purchased at Macy's, I like their selection and customer service. Their sales associates are trained to thoroughly know every item in their store and what can be ordered to be just what I was hoping to find. When the furniture is delivered I always enjoy seeing the delivery crew roll out a red carpet over my doorway while brining in my new furniture.

Amazing employees at this location. I was greeted upon entering by an older gentleman. He was at the register for Online Order Pick Ups. He was quick to assist me and provided me with my online order with ease. He was easy to talk to and guided me directly to the Home section to locate the bedding set I had seen online. Overall a very pleasant experience.

The Macy's experience is always a bit nostalgic for me since I've shopped their stores all my life. Some things have changed a bit but it is fun to stop in and see what's on sale. Staff at this location was friendly and helpful. Just remember where you park your car! Wink wink! Enjoy!
