Great place for affordable glasses ! I always wait fot the 2 for $99 sale and am always very happy with my new glasses ! The young lady who is always there when I go in, is very nice and very professional! She does get busy from time to time, but knowing how she is giving her all to each customer makes the wait not too bad! They always have the best selection!

Very clean store. Friendly staff. I miss the Sephora, but the new beauty store is definitely worth a visit.

I was clearing out my parents home after they moved out and found a gift certificate that my brothers and I gave our father for Christmas in 1973.
I brought it to the Temecula location with my father and they honored it 50 years later!!
Now, my parents had moved 3 times since then and the certificate moved with them.
AMAZING!!
Dad now 94 years found a Hawaiian shirt he liked and bought it with the certificate.

I had the pleasure of meeting a real life Karen today. So I came in to pick up an item from the store. The woman ahead of me was also picking up. Donna, the cashier, who was so incredibly sweet, waited on her then called me next to be helped. Maybe 2 seconds into my transaction the woman says she wanted to return her item. However, Donna already started on me and went to the back to grab my item. When she comes back the woman demands that she be helped first because she was there first. She started throwing a fit when Donna said she had to finish with me (which took literally less than 5 mins). The woman started raising her voice, asking for her name, and was basically trying to be right in all of this when she wasn’t. It was an incredibly uncomfortable situation but Donna handled it well. People are too grown to be acting like that and there’s really no point in making other people’s job harder than it needs to be. As someone who has also worked in customer service, I really feel for Donna and want to let her know that she’s doing a wonderful job. I’m sorry she had to go through that.

Went to their salon a few times in the past. Their bang cuts are affordable (around $20) and Hannah is an attentive stylist who has an eye for fine details. The shampoo the staff uses smells amazing, and the products at the front of the salon are all pretty affordable, too.

Always has the best prices! Nice things, good quality. I dont know what took me so long to get back to JC Penney! Nice store, helpful associates. Will definitely go back & recommend it to everyone!

Ordered a couple of things online and used curbside pickup. Quick and easy instructions on line and at the pickup location.

I was in the men’s section and an associate, Humi, assisted me to find what I needed. He was very friendly, answered my questions and helped me to find some great deals. I’m very pleased will definitely shop more often at JC Penney.

They had good sales especially in Sephora I got my birthday freebies and a lot more stuff they had a lot of makeup on clearance and then a 30% off coupons so I really got a good deal on my other stuff it was a very nice day they were well stocked and the workers were really nice

Today I needed to exchange jeans that did not fit. I have a service dog with me, a big service dog. The sales lady working in the juniors department spent time helping me find the sizes and colors I was looking for in jeans. She really went beyond her duty and I was very happy with my purchase and they all FIT!

Just had my hair done at the salon and I was very impressed. Every stylist was so friendly and helpful. Ernesta, my stylist was very knowledgeable and professional but also so good with my kids. Excellent experience, great prices! My hair turned out amazing! I would recommend this salon to everyone!

Went in their to buy shoes for my dad and they didn't have the size I needed. When I asked a lady for help, she was very kind and went to check for it on the computer and in the back. In the end, it was misplaced, but she was still very kind. The cashier was very welcoming and talked to me while I was checking out.

Find some very good deals there on jewelry that my wife loved for her birthday! You have to spend some time sorting through their products but you can find some very beautiful jems in there for a great price! Being Black Friday was a great help as well! Still their pricing with some quality items were good!

This store has a great selection of apparel as well as good deals. They have enough stock onballbof their merchandise and the prices are far better than Ross or DD's. Also because of it's location is the most convenient access point to the Promenade Mall as it sits in the middle of the shopping center.

They have really good deals plus always look for the online coupons and show at checkout. It can save you 15-20%. Plus you have to check out the portrait center. Lady there is awesome. She did a great job with all three of my kids.
