AT&T Store

I had came into the store to help reactivate my sim card. During the outage, I had erased my esim from my 13 Pro Max by mistake because at the time I was unsure of the outage of the time and thought that was the issue. Once the outage was over, I tried reactivating my esim through the AT&T website to no luck. I got on the phone with customer service and the customer service person on the phone did not listen to me at all telling me that the reason I did not have service was not because of me deactivating my sim (I was looking at it as inactive) but due to the outage and that I needed to wait. Keep in mind this was around 3PM and the outage was definitely over as EVERYONE on my phone plan had service BUT me. This person on the phone REFUSED to help me activate my esim.

Luckily, when I had went into the store, everyone there fully listened to me and helped me restore my esim and got me back online. They listened to me fully and got my phone back up and running! Absolutely amazing staff and store! If it were not for them my phone would STILL be on SOS!

I cancelled my service with Xfinity due to bad customer service. I walked into AT & T store and was greeted right away and did not have to wait. I received EXCELLENT Customer Service! Harris offered me discounts and promotions they had available! He was so helpful along with the Supervisor!

Camron answered my call quickly, and within minutes had my wife checking out with a new iPhone 14 Pro Max 256 in my preferred color, quick and simple order, much better than 3 times trying to call ATT, and even Best Buy.

Phone was ordered 5:48pm and delivered the next day around 1:30pm !! Super impressed, thanks for Chastain Rd ATT Warehouse, prompt delivery, and superb service.

After spending 45 minutes on the phone with technical support, Camron found out the issue within the first minute of walking in the store. Would highly recommend this location.

I was having problems with my phones and visited this store. I had an amazing experience of outstanding customer service/satisfaction. At one point the entire team had to assist and they did with patience and professionalism. Harris, Will, Cameron, Amanda and Mike !! Thanks a bunch ! You all Rock !!

Amanda, the manager at this location, provided the best service anyone could ask for. Got two new phones activated on two different accounts in barely an hour or so. Even though there were some issues and delays with the SIM card activation, Amanda handled everything perfectly and with an amazing attitude. I will not be going to any other at&t locations in the future!

I made cameron sit there and help me for almost two hours and he was nothing but patient with me the whole time. Got lines for myself and my wife and kids. His service was impeccable. 10/10 would recommend... He kind of smelled weird though.

We were at this store on 01-13 and Kayla was our ATT rep who handled everything we needed to purchase a new account with two phones. We feel very fortunate to have Kayla walk us thru everything , she was very professional, courteous and polite, patient and she made this experience very comfortable for us. I would like to take a moment and thank AT&T as a company and to thank Kayla F. at the Kennesaw location for all your help, your knowledge, and more than anything your understanding and eagerness to help.
I arrived at the location upset and frustrated due to the way I had been treated and the horrible customer service I had received for the last 7 days with the “Can you hear me now” people. Immediately, once arriving inside the showroom, I was greeted by Kayla F. She asked how could she be help me. I explained my frustration and she found us a table and we sat. She took the time to ask what my needs were and what I was needing from AT&T to better serve me. What I was impressed by, well one of many, not one time did she try to push anything none related upon me, she didn’t try and sell a plan I didn’t ask for, she even took the time to explain my 3 options and how the price would play a factor. I’ve never experience anything as pleasing, as effortless, as satisfying than on April 4, 2022.
I walked out the store with a new IPhone, the correct protection needed for my daily activities, a smile on my face, and as calm as ever imagined. I sat in the parking lot after amazed at the level of professionalism and caring I had just witnessed and received. Once again thank you AT&T and more than anything thank you for your hospitality and level of kindness Kayla. YOU GUYS ROCK!!!

My experience was wonderful!! In the past, as a Senior, going into a Store, made me feel anxious because it's rare to find a salesperson with "patience" & understanding, that there are folks who are NOT tech savvy & need "extra" help!!

I have been with AT&T since 2005 and have been satisfied overall. However, Seniors need to be recognized perhaps needing a little more help & guidance! Trust me that I realize there are some Seniors who have no problem with All the new tech stuff. Wish I were one of them!!

I just came from this store and wanted to report that I had a great experience with these guys! Carlos, Shawn and the manager Raza were so nice! I really felt like they cared about me as a customer. They explained everything thoroughly and made sure I knew about a restocking fee if I returned something UPFRONT instead of possibly finding out later if I were to return the item. They were informative, patient, nice and FUN! I agree with other positive posts. They DO have great people skills and I would highly recommend this store. Thank you so much guys! I'll be back!

Went in to upgrade my phone after having my original order cancelled. The gentleman who helped me (I believe his name was Everett) was very nice and extremely helpful! The process took all of 15 min and was smooth! Excellent customer service!

Kayla was able to not only help us upgrade to the new iPhone but add my two daughters to our plan as well as save us some money. I am thankful for her help and knowledge on everything. She treated us like family.

This was at the Kennesaw, GA, 925 Cobb Pkwy. Kayla welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door and didn't hesitate to help me right away. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, & friendly. Great customer service. Couldn't have asked for more.

Amanda was amazing! She was able to quickly fix my apply watch cellular problem. Very kind and respectful!

One of the best encounters I’ve ever had dealing with AT&T. Normally it’s a hassle to get the info you need or even want. Luckily, Matthew was able to help me out with the exact information that I needed without any of the fluff and without beating around the bush. Honestly, if you ever need a real person to interact with who’s kind and knowledgeable in the field, ask for Matthew.

What a team!! Spent a lot of our day at this store as there were 3 of us getting new phones on a new plan. Everett, Nathan, and Eric were so kind patient and helpful as we had so many questions. This is the location to go!
