Ron was the only one working when we went in and it was extremely busy. He was kind to everybody and very patient with us while we traded in multiple consoles and games and didn't show any signs of irritation. We were able to conversate with him easily while waiting for the systems to be checked. He definitely deserves some recognition!

My experience is that staff is knowledgeable and professional. Also, they are super helpful. I have never had a bad experience shopping at this location. The sales are great as well.

Awesome service...very helpful & courteous. Aaron the District Manager covering a wide area from Missouri was in the store and very helpful to me. He was well versed in gaming & recommended a Batman open world RPG to me...I bought it.

Made my Christmas 2019!!! The dudes working their were super helpful and made sure I had everything I needed for a new gaming setup! I purchased a playstation 3 & 12 games for super cheap. Everything worked amazingly well except one game. I took said game back and they let me trade it in for 4 other games!! I'm totally stoked to have a gaming console again 👏 GameStop rules!!

I may not agree with some of the practices of the company itself, but GameStop is still a pretty cool place. My husband and I have been members for years and never had any issues. The staff members are very polite and helpful when searching for what you seek. Never a bad experience when we come here.

We are always pleased with the customer service here. They have gone above the Call of Duty (pun intended) to help us with issues we have had and they always make us feel like part of the group. Great people and a great store.

It's a great place, and has some very good prices and is always stocked. It's also run by a very friendly man, Rusty Mcgee.

Just for the staff being very friendly, a 5, big plus for me. Asked as many questions as needed and didn't feel like I was bothering them. Prices are all the same where you go.

Gamestop is a great place to shop. If you're a parent needing a gift for your kid and have NO idea what you need... this is the place that will always send you out with the correct gift...
for the correct system..... for the kid who only likes that one obscure thing. This group also has pretty good taste in games. My kids now think I'm AWESOME LOL

Besides the cons of trade in the staff is great they. If they know something about a game they will share it with you, and talk pros and cons. Making sure you get a game you would really enjoy.

Amazing prices and super friendly staff. Jennifer the manager is amazing and always knows exactly what we want. Would definitely recommend cor buying or selling consoles and games.

They are very honest with there product and gave great options on where to get product if not in stock and when to check back.
