Bandana Reds Steakhouse

A local recommended this place. We are in town for an event. There wasn't anything we ate that wasn't made in-house. The garlic butter with the rolls, The cocktail sauce, The perfectly fried French fries, The catfish breading, the steak... it was all good. The service was amazing. Every single person we interacted with was kind and very sweet to our special needs son. Food portions were very very generous. Try the coleslaw! I have never thought to put red pepper flaked in my coleslaw but it is amazing. So good. Not hot, just flavorful.

Me and my husband ate here for the first time tonight. We got Kelli, only her second night, and she did fantastic. Super friendly. Fried mushrooms were great, crunchy and not greasy or soggy. We both got the ribeye medium rare, mine smothered in mushrooms, and they were the best steaks we've ever had! So tender and full of flavor! Roasted veggies also delicious. Salad was just as good. Husband loved his twice baked potato. Not a single complaint. We will definitely be back!!

So there's nothing fancy about the decor, the floor still shows the adhesive from where they stripped the tile up... and the Men's bathroom has vinyl siding on all four walls... dang it, the steaks are amazing!! Sides were all amazing... rolls are homemade and amazing!! So what!! This is a Steak 'house' and it kinda looks like it. Drive past it on 177 and turn on Coker Road... you'll never regret it. Only one caveat, if you don't like garlic this might not be a fit for you.

We just found our new go-to restaurant when we are passing through Shawnee! The sirloin was perfectly cooked and the spicy coleslaw was to die for.

Almost didn’t stop here do to the condition of the building….so glad I gave it a shot. We were traveling through town and wanted something local. Do yourself a favor and get the ribeye with fresh cut portabella mushrooms! One of the best steaks I have had! The rolls are so good and even the blue cheese dressing is homemade! Daughter loved her catfish and the green beans were so flavorful! We will be back!

Best steak I have had in a long time! The loaded potato and roasted vegetables were scrumptious! We will be in Oklahoma for another month, so we have every intention to return and try other dishes.

OMG! Glad we came here. By far the best stake house if you're in Shawnee area. The interior is very rustic and don't be fooled by the parking lot. The gf and I ordered the rip eyes and them cat fish. The roasted vegetable was perfect and must have side. Will definitely come back again. I ordered a dozen of them soft bread to go as well! It was very soft and fresh!!

We had a great dinner at Bandana Reds. Thank God my wife read the reviews. Rustic place but clean. Service was great. Food was very good. Wife had catfish and I has Sirloin steak. All of it was great.

This was our first time dining at Bandana Reds. The steaks were awesome, our waitress did an outstanding job, she was very busy and was able to keep our glasses full.
The whole staff at Bandana Reds were great, very friendly atmosphere, I recommend this place to everyone.

Now this is how a steak should be cooked and taste!! The ribeye was very tender, juicy and full of flavor. The twice baked potato was amazing. I'll definitely be coming back!

Food is constantly good. Not my favorite restaurant, but it's close to home and has good food and service. Interesting decor.

This place has the BEST filet I've ever had. The backed potato are great and the fries taste just like chick-fil-a. Wonderful service my family loves to go here on Saturdays but it's so busy there is usually a 30 min wait and they are out of a lot of food. Totally worth it though guys go try this amazing place!

Went here last minute, amazing food. Walked right in, no wait, and service was impeccable. Definitely a hidden gem!

First, Our waitress was Judy. The best i have ever had. The food was so good and it couldnt have better. The best Rib eye ever. Every thing was perfect. Cant wait till the next time.

Second time here and the food is wonderful. Small place, hole in the wall type. Well worth the trip to shawnee for it.

Fantastic meal. Not a long wait for your food and the waitress was very friendly. Look forward to going back there again. And it did wonderful things for the community of Shawnee after the tornado. They donated 500 meals people around that need one that's great.

This place is so cute and cozy. The food was fantastic. The steak is amazing!!
