Very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. If you know what you're looking for, they can help you find it and if you don't know what you're looking for they can make suggestions and then help you find it. They even do minor installations like headlamps for free (but I always give them a tip because they're really doing extra work). They have a large selection and in my opinion the prices are reasonable. A go to place for your auto needs.

Very good place very helpful competition between O'Reilly's and them so if you get parts check them out and then check O'Reilly's back and forth some are cheaper some are it's crazy but the guys help you out very good

The store was about as expected from AutoZone. The store was neat and clean and staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and courteous. I didn't find what I wanted but I would return to the store for future needs.

Great parts at competitive prices. And if they don't have it they will get it right away. Even if they have to buy from a third-party vendor. They will install batteries bulbs and wiper blades on most vehicles why you wait. They will also check your check engine light if it's on. As well as check your starting and charging systems on your vehicle

Above and beyond, like WAY beyond customer service!!! My small inexpensive issue was treated as though I was spending a fortune.

Very nice employees very helpful every time I have been in.

Rolled in to the parking lot, literally, at 8pm, one hour before closing time. My alternator died between Banner and Canton. The two employees working last night went above and beyond to get me the tools I needed to get back on the road. My kids were given chips and water at no charge. Anything I needed they got for me. I'm usually not a fan of Auto Zone but this experience changed my perception of Auto Zone.

Drove from Kewanee, RV wife called on cell (following) said blowing smoke, stopped to check problem, Mike Maxwell, came out to assist, said he smelled smoke as I drove into lot. Inside he said (maybe rubber) came out to assist - all tires were ok,we looked under hood - said smell more intense there, checked oil, (OK) - Inside - I checked Trans fluids again, Mike at the door said you have a puddle of oil underneath at Tranny. Said there seams to be fluid leaking and there are some metal particles in the fluid. Could not drive left it there. Mike recommended a man who might help on a Sunday. Wow, what a helpful guy, THANKS Sedrocm Went out of his way to assist
