It was an extremely busy Saturday afternoon. There were three people working, and people were standing and waiting to be served. Jessica greeted us with a smile and a hello. She explained everything perfectly, she got us some great deals, and was completely professional and knowledgeable. Even with being so really busy, she made us feel comfortable and not rushed at all. We have always had great customer service at our Canton Verizon store. It’s one of the reasons we stay with Verizon. Great deals and fantastic customer service. Thank you thank you. Been to this store a few times now since we moved to the area about a year ago. Had Jessica take care of me every time and she is the best… Completely professional and knows her stuff….! I’d recommend anyone to go there for your cell service needs ! A well managed store with great staff !!

I came into store 3 or 4 times before deciding on a phone, or to stay with Verizon. Jessica was very pt and thorough answering all my questions. She is very good at what she does! And pleasant besides.

At first, I was not looking forward to switching my phone over, thinking it was going to be a hassle, but going into Verizon was the very opposite. Destiny was so amazing and personable with my brother and I. It was one of the best experiences I have had in quite some time! I am excited to start my service here and so glad that I left US Cellular.

He also let me know of other opportunities and options that I might have now or in the future. I deal with Caleb almost every month now,I pay my phone bill earlier because of my busy schedule.
