Kristo and the crew were absolutely AWESOME!! This shop came highly recommend from a friend and coworker. My mom and I had been needing new shoes but didn't want to go online. We were both able to get the most comfortable shoes we have ever had. The process is thorough to make sure the shoes are a perfect fit. Both my mom and I went through quite a few shoes before finding the ones that had the best fit. We also both got extra insoles to help with arch support and for my mom the elastic laces. Excellent store and we will be back for the next ones!

This place never fails! As soon as I walked in the store, sales associate Sage, was very kind and professional and greeted me as well as provided excellent customer service. She helped me find some insoles while also multitasking and helping other customers because they were extremely busy. Nevertheless, Sage went over and beyond and made sure I was taken care of. She even checked me out at the register so I can get out quickly. Alyssa the Assistant Manager was also very kind and took the time to acknowledge her employees. Thank you guys! Visited the location in Green Valley on August 12th.. as soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted by the friendly staff. We had the pleasure of being helped by Alex who is amazing at what he does. After a few questions as well as measuring my feet Alex brought out a few shoes for me to try on. I tried them all on and right away we were able to find the perfect shoes for me. I consistently have leg/feet pain and so I decided to take a pair of the Cloudmonsters.. and wow! they have absolutely changed my life. I will definitely be back.

Honestly one of the best retail experiences I have ever had. From start to finish I couldn't believe how helpful Heather was I was so impressed. She helped me find my perfect shoe. Her knowledge and guidance help me find exactly what I was looking for. I will recommend this place to everyone. Do not hesitate to come here they are fantastic.

Came in needing a new pair of running shoes. Was taking through the fitting process if you will. Foot measurements, treadmill running video etc… Tried on about 6 different shoes with and without insoles. Finally settled on a pair that felt great and supported what I needed. Have ran just under 8 miles with them so far and they feel great. Thank You Red Rock Running Company & Alyssa for the help.

I was recommended to Red Rock Running Company by my podiatrist. Having a job that requires me to be on my feet constantly, I knew I had to get the right sneakers for both on and off the job. My podiatrist gave me a coupon for 10% off along with a list of sneaker brands to look for. When I arrived at the store, I was instantly greeted and welcomed by Alyssa who was my sales consultant. She worked with me every step of the way and made me feel comfortable and at ease during the entire process from start to finish. Alyssa was extremely knowledgeable, personable and efficient. She immediately began measuring my feet and asking questions that led to trying on some of the most comfortable sneakers I have ever tried on. She also recommended special socks to make my feet more comfortable and reduce sweating which I purchased as well. The whole process took under an hour from when I walked in the door to when I walked out with my purchases. I was very much impressed not only with Alyssa’s professionalism, courtesy, compassion and patience but also impressed with the store itself. It is a very clean, accessible and modern store. The staff all do a fantastic job of keeping it up so well. I will definitely keep Red Rock Running Company in mind for my future needs and will certainly recommend Alyssa to my colleagues, friends and family. I am very much looking forward to comfort and relief from the daily stress of being on my feet. Thank you Alyssa!

i was referred by a neighbor. So i found location nearest to me. When I walked in I was Greeted by Mark. told him some of my issues with my feet. He did the Arch Test and walking on the treadmill. he brought out 3 different pairs and i tried them all with Arch supports and elite cushion socks i decided on Brooks sneaker felt the best. I have been purchasing running shoe at the Green Valley Ranch location for year. I have never done review. However , I had superior customer service from Frank L. He was very detailed and took nothing for granted. When he check my shoe size he noticed a needed a slightly wider Hoka shoe. I did not know that make a E width. I tried it on and to my surprise it was a better fit. I have been wearing the narrower Hoka for years. At the register I notices he had a hearing device the transmitted sound through that bone. I am 77 and did not know such a product existed. I have problems with my right ear and cannot insert any hearing device. Frank to the time to demo my the system. I purchase one and he then spent the time to sync with my my iPhone. I was extremely please with my visit. I always buy my sneakers at your store because of the service and because I want you to stay in business. I could order them on line but your customers service is priceless. When it comes to clothing apparel I buy 90% of everything online, but when it comes to my running shoes the only place I go is Red Rock Running Company! Dustin is an absolute stud; his product knowledge, warm demeanor, and professionalism; are second to none. Located in the district in Henderson, this is the only place to go when you need running shoes! They even have a treadmill to measure your gate while running to ensure a perfect fit! Highly recommended!

I went to this shop while I was on a work trip. I had needed to find new hokas that I was not able
to find in my home town shops. (Sold out everywhere) When I returned home I wasn’t quite happy with them. Larry and the staff made it very easy to get me the shoes I wanted even though I wasn’t local! The insoles they recommended have been amazing for my feet during training. Overall this place was very great! Thanks Larry and to the staff for helping me level up my foot game!

RRRC is, hands down, the best running store in Henderson/Las Vegas. Huge selection of shoes, gear, and apparel. Alyssa helped me out and was INCREDIBLE. She was so kind, helpful, and patient. She was able to help me pick the perfect pair of shoes, inserts, and socks. She made the process so easy. Thanks again!

Mark measured my foot size and used the mat to check the arch of my foot. He recommended me an insole based on my foot steps. Now I’m super excited to go for my run with my new shoes! Thank you so much for sharing all your running knowledge with us!

I had the pleasure of having the manager, Frank, fit me in the best possible shoes after I had ruined my feet with shoes unfitting of my 30,000 steps per day. I was limping in and he evaluated me so swiftly, efficiently, effectively, and competently. My feet have improved each day since he created heaven again for my feet! Frank knows his business and customizes shoes and experiences for each individual customer!! Look for Frank! Knowledgeable, respectful and completely qualified!!

Great place and great customer service! They really go above and beyond to get you the best shoes for your needs and they’re just great in general. Very patient with us and our 3 kids. We were there until closing time but we left very happy and will definitely return for future shoe needs

I am a fairweather runner and don't love running. I do it because it gives me a variety in my workouts. A friend of mine asked me to take it more seriously and suggested I come to the store to buy my shoes. He said maybe I might like running more if I had better shoes. Well, who am I to say no to going shopping?

The shop is stocked with all sorts of runner accoutrements. From socks and bras to specialized shoes and water bottles, anything you want as a runner can be found here. Since I am a novice and pretty much wear the same shoes for walking and aerobics, the questions they asked me to help me find the right pair of shoes were new to me. They had a machine that could help analyze the way my foot hit the ground when I run.

The service has always been impeccable. The sales staff is knowledgeable and happy to make recommendations based on the information they collect from you. I'm happy to come here for all of my running needs and even to just browse when I'm waiting for a pizza from across the street. 😁
