Ace Hardware

We bought baskets to repair a sink. Just as soon as you enter this store, the employees ask if they can help you find something. That really helps you save time. I think they have anything you could need for your home or garden.

Everyone here is always so nice and helpful.

Always helpful and associates know what's in the store and exactly where it is.

Great to have this place close-by. They were friendly and usually had what I needed. Staff have repeatedly made this a great place. Examples: A woman, knowledgeable about tools helped get the right one, a man in hardware repeatedly helped find oddball bolts and other items. Thanks much to them and others who have helped. Thanks.

UPDATE: I've been here several times since I wrote that and they have been consistently very helpful. I could probably do with them being open a bit past five, but in any case I've had very good experiences here and will continue to patron this store.

UPDATE: I've had several visits and which I had strange requests that I wasn't really sure what I was after. The gentleman who helped on a couple of these would often ponder the idea with me and we came up with good solutions. This alone would be enough for me to return. The back office has also been very helpful when I needed it.

The only place that had the exact item I have been hunting for my vacuum for ages. Friendly cashier's. Store is very clean and we'll stocked. Always beautiful flowers out front whenever I go.

Friendly customer service and a great selection of products close to home. They go out of their way to understand your project and connect you with the most knowledgeable staff member for any questions. I've never heard an "I don't know" or gone without a suggestion of where I can get any material they don't carry.

The manager Mark was very helpful in helping me locate the size I needed. I believe it is the size of the Scottsville and Bowling Green stores put together. I highly recommend this Portland Ace Hardware for any and all your hardware needs.

Tennessee Hardware now known as Ace Hardware is the best place to get weird bolt and nut sizes! They have them all!!! They also have anything you're looking for for a home project. Plumbing, electrical, yard, garden, whatever! The staff is really helpful!

This little hardware store is a real treat! The service and advice is absolutely what is missing in today's big box stores, from the moment you walk in until you're back in your car. I feel like it's a cross between Mayberry and Grand Torino! Great placed, great people, surprising variety of goods.
