Went in a few weeks ago to do an emergency upgrade on one line on our account. Andrew was super helpful and friendly. He made the entire process quick and painless. He and John were knowledgeable and efficient.

We were so pleased, we came back to upgrade two more phones on our account and added two more lines with John. He helped us find the best deal available on our account and took the time to answer any questions we had. He was super friendly and even stayed late to make sure we were all taken care of.

I'll be recommending John and Andrew to everyone I know. They are amazing employees and I'm so grateful for the time and care they put in for us.

John was awesome! He knew what he was doing. We had been told one thing at another location and come to find out prior location never added insurance to one phone. I had to buy out the phone and ended up doing the upgrade. I'll definitely be back to upgrade my phone!

got a phone from a gentalman named Andrew very knowledgeable showed me things on my phone I didn't know it could do. but explained it so I could understand I have ADD and he was very patient with me I will recomend Andrew and verizon to anyone who needs a phone thank you

My husband and I went in to get our info transferred from our old phones to our ny ones. Oh my gosh John Hamburg was very informative, he went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything before we left. Compared to other retailers, this store is a 20 out of 10 because of John.

Kaitlynn is very good at her job. She is personable and professional. She is knowledgeable in the cellular technology service industry. She supplied my little artist's with pencils crayons and paper, so they were content. While I got the S21 ULTRA 5G! GREAT JOB KAITLYNN!

I’ve been to Verizon in Wayland a lot over the years. I have to say I really enjoy the Kaitlyn duo that is there now; great customer service. Even the new guy Nate is pretty friendly and I feel he will work out well. Between both Cat and Kaitlyn they are very knowledgeable, helpful and just genuinely fun to be around.

Kaitlynn was great! Extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had just gotten a new phone and was having problems transferring from the old phone to the new phone. She solved my problem for me quickly and efficiently. I have been to Verizon stores several times and I would say this was my best experience by far. Thank you for all of your help, Kaitlynn!

If i could leave 10 stars i would, i was helped today by Brandon and from the second i called with a question until i was leaving EXTREMELY pleased this man was fantastic! He answered every single one of my questions (even the rediculous ones) and basically held my hand and walked me through every step with patience and knowledge. I have never been treated as good as i have today walking into any phone store, instead of rushing me to the phones and trying to shove whatever "new amazing deal" they had down my throat he paired me with the phone i needed based off of what i told him i was looking for. What really made my day though was that he treated my kids like they were humans, not like little inconveniences, and that really meant a lot to me. I will absolutely be doing business with him for as long as i can and i recommend anyone that is lost in the world of technology and a bit intimidated by high pressure sales men to go here and request to speak with brandon!!
