I love coming here! I usually just get an ounce then go about my day. They have great products but most of all pretty awesome employees! The customer service is immaculate! And depending on who you're talking to they're mostly very informative, about the products they carry, honest, and very polite people to talk to for the most part. Customer service is something I respect deeply because of my past work history and I really appreciate it.

Impressive selection. Even more impressive deals. Truly a marvel how any other weed shop stays in business with these guys around. My first time I was greeted warmly, and helped by Drew. I cannot stress enough how wonderful and knowledgeable Drew was. He showed me around the entire selection, helped me with deals, and gave me confidence in my purchase. Will definitely be going here from now on.

This is my favorite dispensary to go to. Always have a great variety. David is my favorite budtender. He has the most knowledge on what I would prefer. David has the best personality and I would hang with him any given day. If you get a chance go see David today

This place was by far the coolest dispensary I have been to! My budtender Jazz was GREAT! She made my first time being there so easy because you could easily get overwhelmed with all the great choices! I will definitely be back and have officially made this my new store! 5 stars for the store and 10 stars for Jazz! 😊

Drew was awesome! Very understanding and knowledgeable of the product in store and he was very laid back and easy going to talk to! I always love coming to visit and it’s because of people like Drew who make my experience each time that much better! You can really tell the difference between a tender who’s just there for a paycheck and because they smoke vs. someone who truly appreciates what they do and takes pride in their work! I love the customer service at Jars (Wayland). They deliver so fast and efficiently! Travis is such a fantastic driver when he approaches with a smiling face and gives recommendations and sales reminders!

This was my first time in a dispensary and it was awesome! Super fun atmosphere, all the staff were friendly and welcoming. Kylie was knowledgeable and professional but easy to talk with and she helped me find just what I was looking for! Can’t wait to go back a second time and many more times after!!

These guys' delivery service is second to none! I am located right on the edge of their delivery zone, however, they've never made it seem inconvenient. Their drivers are fast, friendly, and very courteous, and everyone that works in the office are friendly and helpful too! Couldn't recommend Jars in Wayland more if you're close.

I dont go to jars a lot because of the customer service is different with every single one like the one in Saugatuck. I am closest to is very unprofessional with the customer service and most of the time they can’t get their things right and I was working on the road last night and decided to stop in for a quick grab Before they closed and had a good conversation it good customer service with Zachary best I’ve had with jars in a while just because every single jars is different. It is crazy because the one in Saugatuck don’t prefer that one and thats the one Who can deliver to my house if I personally choose to, but I don’t prefer that jars this jars actually made me want to go back overall thank you !

They all have given great advice on strands we should try or since our favorites can be hard to find, what is closest. They've never steered us wrong and always tell us about the latest deals and promos. We only go to Jars now for our purchases because we love the budtenders, they make it worth the drive to Wayland. ♡
