WoW! Where to begin! I had several questions on different types of firearms and what would best suit my needs. Mr. Rider directed me on what would be more suitable for me. He also, gave me info on the different types of ammo offered for my handgun that I selected. I'm very impressed with my overall experience shopping here. I will do business here again!

Great guy! I have dealt with the owner several times for my different needs. He always gave me his honest opinion and pointed me to products that didn't need to break the pocket book to get quality items. The orders came in very quick and he could deliver if needed. I had a 1 star experience with Dillan as a STAG arms rep and firearms salesperson. I reached out to him the first week of September and advised I needed to buy a rifle for work. He advised it would not be an issue and that he would order it from STAG and then forward it to my FFL. Knowing he was under no obligation to move at my pace I politely asked him if the process could be completed in 3 weeks and I told him if he couldn’t that it was no problem at all but I would purchase the rifle elsewhere from someone who had it in stock so I wasn’t unarmed at work. He advised it was not an issue at all and he would handle it in the 3 weeks.

That was where the positive experience ended and the headaches started. Every time I reached out to Dillan for an update he would text me back with an excuse and push me off for a few days. The excuses increased in severity and I again asked Dillan if I should pursue the rifle from another source. He informed me he was a STAG dealer and would be happy to complete the transaction for law enforcement use. After a week of “I’ll send you your tracking number by the end of the day!” I told him not to send anything as it was apparent he couldn’t he trusted to complete a firearms transaction with any form of reliability or punctuality. I still think STAG arms is the way to go, just not through Dillan Rider or Rider’s Sporting Goods. Thankfully the majority of our communications were in writing and clearly explain the same experience described above.
