Staff were very nice,kind and helpful. One worker, Young Black Male, helped Me Carry My huge order out, I ask were they allowed to accept tips, He said Yes, but refuse, saying he was only doing his job. I give an A+ on this McDonald

Omg!! This is the best McDonalds I have been to in a very long time HANDS DOWN!!! It was very clean,the customer service was on point,the food was fresh,and the cheese was even melted lol... sooo if your ever in Kinder,this is the place for something quick and definitely fast!!

Food was yummy, especially the fish sandwich. The drive thru staff were patient as we placed our confusing order, and friendly when we picked up our food. We'd definitely stop in again.

Order accuracy can vary from location to location. But these guys nailed it and it was delicious. Good job y'all 👏

I did the drive through but the workers are the sweetest and nicest people ever and i can say that when I do go inside the restaurant is always very clean

My food is ALWAYS hot, fresh, and delicious. I have to say the service and staff deserves a standing ovation. They're kind, professional, courteous, and always make my visit there feel like the comforts of home.

Update the frozen cokes been on point.

I come here one or two mornings a week to get a Chicken biscuit with a medium orange juice. I go through the drive-thru mostly but when I do go inside I get ample service just as I would at the window. Now, they've installed the kiosk's for your convenience to help get your food to you quicker and I think that is definitely a PLUS! Always a welcoming atmosphere.

So far so good..
Helped me get to Baton Rouge to a Hotel for evacuation. Then back and forth to my bank in Alexandria when all out local Banks were closed in Lake Charles for both Hurricanes Delta and Laura. Then, helped me get to way North if Houston for our 2nd evacuation..
And had taken me all our State of Louisiana to small towns I hadn't been to yet..
It's helped a whole lot..

Sergio is absolutely great! He's very friendly, polite, and nice. The food was good and we didnt have to wait very long for it. All McDonald's need someone like Sergio (especially the ones in my area Lake Jackson, TX area)

Never a bad experience, although did you know that McDonald's doesn't have salad of any kind anymore?! 🤯

The reason I am giving this McDonald's a five star rating is because of the manager. My wife and I ordered our meals together and my wife received her meal soon after. They told me mine was coming soon. My wife finished her meal and she went to complain and she come back saying they are coming with my meal and the manager gave me my money back. When she brought my meal to the table she sincerely apologized for the delay and she also gave us extra food.
