They have pretty well priced things the checkout is pretty slow.

Their restrooms are always temporarily out of order or can’t be opened because staff isn’t allowed to leave their posts.

Wow, I was going to leave this review but after seeing other people leaving negatives ones, it seems that whoever runs this place DOESN'T care. Whatever your name is (manager), pull yourself together. Today at 6, there was a young broad at the register and the one at the door, they need to cool down with the rudeness and learn how to say "welcome". Not just to whoever only suits them. The cashier should be more kind and mature when speaking.

It's a brand new store and since the day of grand opening the restroom has been out service.(which we all know it's not outserive )I been witness of 2 incidents were a older lady on wheel chair wanted to use it and they told her out service 2 later same thing but a little child wanted to use the restroom and they told them the same thing why open a store and not let costumers use the restroom. Also they have a lot empty pegs and yesterday when I was at the store my cart hit a fixture a peg fell and hit my arm this a heavy metal imagine if had fallen on my 5 year old also someone can get hurt it's not safe to have empty fixtures put something there I did give them to security but she just said sorry nothing else ask if I was fix the restroom please and do something about the empty fixtures

My recent visit to DD’s Discounts new location in Los Banos was nothing short of a letdown. The anticipation of exploring a fresh retail space quickly dissipated as my pregnant fiancé and I were unceremoniously escorted out by the security guard for the crime of holding drinks in our hands. This unwarranted treatment left us feeling unwelcome and bewildered, painting a disheartening picture of the store's commitment to customer satisfaction.

Adding insult to injury, our encounter with the security guard was not the only instance that left a bitter taste in our mouths. As we were leaving, we witnessed a distressing incident where an older lady was subjected to unnecessary rudeness when simply trying to take a cart. It was a stark reminder that the store's staff lacked the basic understanding of providing respectful and considerate service to its customers. Furthermore, the sight of an unattended Starbucks drink left on one of the counters at the cash register only deepened our discomfort, highlighting a lack of attention to cleanliness and professionalism.

Regrettably, I cannot in good conscience recommend DD’s Discount based on the unpleasant experiences we encountered during our visit. The unwelcoming treatment, coupled with the disrespectful behavior towards customers and the apparent disregard for attention to detail, left a lasting impression of disappointment. It is disheartening to witness such missed opportunities for creating a friendly and welcoming environment, underscoring the need for significant improvements in the store's policies and staff training.
