Went into the store looking for something specific. An employee named Abbey helped me find just what I was looking for. The store was well stocked and very well organized!

Girl helped me with my purchase was very nice and did everything she could to find panties on line for me. This was the Mechanicsville VA store. Wished had gotten her name!!

Wow outstanding management. My girlfriend and her sister came in to get sized for bras. Meredith and Stevie didn't stop until the 3 of us was well satisfied. Very helpful ladies with 5 star service. They helped us to pick the right bras and the right fit. Because of great management I will return and let others know to visit because if want to go to an inviting, caring store. I can't speak on other Lane Bryant's but Mechanicsville store was great.

The people in this store are always exceptionally friendly and helpful. I order most of my clothes from them online, but it is great to know that I can easily return them back to the store.

This brand of clothing has worked hard to maintain clothing for a range of ages. I can easily find both professional and ultra casual wear, as well as foundation garments.

Abby (the store manager at the Mechanicsville location) was fantastic! She assisted my sister in getting sized and finding the right fit bra; Very attentive and helpful!

Super Semi Annual sale going during my latest visit. Cacique products appear to be of better quality than Victoria's Secret, and sizes are abundant for every size woman. Plentiful inventory, even during the big sale. Sales associates are welcoming, helpful, and friendly.

My wife absolutely loves the store. We go to the one in Richmond when we get a chance and we also visit the outlet in Williamsburg Virginia. Great staff. Great people

Always shop here. Great atmosphere. Nice Cool air is important to me bc I sweat when trying on clothes. Always well stocked with new items. People usually speak as soon as you come in the door. Great associates despite one or two people.

The customer service is a excellent!! They know the correct balance of helping and being available when needed. The atmosphere is always comforting and inviting!!!

I love this place and have for many years they always have my sizeif they don't have whatever I'm looking for in store they will order it for you the staff is always friendly and helpfuland most of the women there where the clothes so they can actually give you an honest opinion about it
