I purchased a nicer love seat. The delivery date I was told was my birthday between 3-6pm. I waited for hours and called twice. I was told they would be there around 6. Then I was told never mind they aren’t coming. Jessie took it upon himself to bring my delivery after hours. He and I carried it into my house, I tipped him; and he left.
Now this would have been a 1 star review with how poorly everything was handled, but Jessie saved the company with his selfless act of kindness and professionalism. Thank you Jessie

Got a refrigerator about 3weeks ago, I needed it very quickly. The guy I spoke to got it delivered to me the next day, and they worked with me on the weeks so I was able to have my payments due when it was convenient for me! I have NEVER dealt with someone who worked so fast on getting me what I needed! He was super nice, and efficient!

I have nothing but good things to say about the team there in Sayre. Especially the sales manager and the general manager Jesse And RJ. They are very nice and speak with a sense of down to earth talk that make them fun and relatable. There not just about business there about developing a strong relationship. And if something goes south. They are quick and honest to solve the issue the best they can. All the other negative comments I see on here are definitely mostly false and just a disgusting attack to give them a bad rep. Most likely bad customers that never paid and got repoed. Once again great place, would recommend definitely.

Very friendly and helpful. We were buying outright rather than renting. The item we wanted was not in stock so they immediately called another location and will have it picked up and delivered in 2 days. Customer service was spot on.

I loved them I paid off my up all in one desktop computer and I just there club onlibe and it turns out it's protection 2.50 that even that I own my computer something happens the fix it or replace it at no cost to me

Always friendly and great customer service.They were a little later nger than I liked to deliver my furniture but offered me free week for the inconvenience.Overall was very satisfied with service.
