McDonald's

So I went in during a busy time and had to wait 15 min. for my food which no big deal my fault with a full parking lot and cars nearly to the road my issue is that i literally received uncooked food like no attempt was made at all to even warm it to fake like they did something seriously i already had waited 15 min. what was the point of rushing out food like that to give a bad experience when i was totally fine with the wait

We had a really nice experience here. We did have to wait a little bit for our food but that’s only bc there was a really big group that was in front of us. Considering everything they did a great job! It is very clean, modern and the staff were really nice!

Staff is friendly and service was fairly quick.

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes i love it, other times they are awful. It's best time frame is breakfast or lunch for order accuracy.

This was an exceptional visit to my favorite location. I'm on crutches and had 2 kids with me and cant carry things as I have to use my crutches. We had lots of time and 40 minutes from home so we ate it there. First, a lady at the pick up spot carried our try to our table for me. Then I forgot ketchup and asked a random lady walking by and she was happy to bring me some. Then when were done, another lady offered to take my tray for me! Awesome!
On top of all that, the order was 100% correct and everything was good.

The drive through is usually pretty busy during the norms breakfast/ lunch/ dinner hours. But inside is normally never busy at all. Although the scanners for the app at the kiosks doesn't work at all either. But right now SHAMROCK SHAKES. Go.

This is the best McDonald's in the immediate area (30m radius). The food is typically out pretty quick unless a customer has an issue. I think this is due to the fact that this McDonald's is the only one the franchise owner runs. So they don't need to divide their time across multiple restaurants. And their budget can be used for this one only. Plus it's in a large area where no McDonald's are located within 25 miles. Never had a problem with this place.

Great McDonald's. I had a huge order through the McDonald's app, and they prepared and came out for curbside in just a few minutes . 100% correct and food tasted fresh. I will definitely order here again.

The food was amazing, the service was pretty good most of the items were fast, and it's all been redone recently and looks great too.

Now it say they opened 24/7 now I hear it only Drive thru last time I know just say

For a fast food joint, this one stands out.
A child got away from his mother and the staff helped keep him contained while she got the food picked up and filled her drink for her.
This is commendable and rarely happens.

An African American man named Chris S. who works at the McDonald's on Keystone Avenue in Sayre PA is the most respectful and well mannered server I've ever had I highly recommend him to every single guest who goes to this location!! Excellent manners and service thank you sir for still having the class and hospitality this world needs.

This is a very well maintained and clean McDonald's that has been here for years! Free Wi-Fi, great atmosphere, and they offer free coffee to seniors on Tuesdays, I believe. A franchise that is family owned and operated. Nice establishment.

Very few McDonald’s places get my order right to the T. The one in Mansfield Pa not only got it to a T but were very polite and everyone seemed to be hard at work. Job well done Mansfield McDonald’s

Aside from one worker who was rude the over all experience was alright, this places saving grace is the sweet old lady who filled my cup and was absolutely the most kind woman I've had the pleasure of speaking to.
