5.11 Tactical

Working out of town & forgot my work boots. Called the Arlington store to see if they had my size in a particular model and they gladly held a pair for me. Everyone in the store was super accommodating & helpful! Will definitely visit again!

This is my post military post law enforcement toy store. It's kept well as one would expect from a world renouned military supplier, it's bright and clean like 1SGT is expected to come in and the best part? Ever have that desire for a new bag or battle belt or whatnot and saw it online? Now you can go here, see it, touch it, try it on, see how deep those pockets are and such. Highly recommend.

I love 5.11 products and every visit to this particular store has been a great one. The manager Brittany is very warm and knowledgeabe, and Zaria greeted us with an amazing smile while letting us their sale. I’ll always come back (:

Friendly, helpful staff. A smaller in-store selection than I expected, but still, it great to see products in person before making a purchase. No one likes the online returns process.

Brittany is amazing in the way she treats each customer that comes through her door. When we walked into the store, we were hoping to find a replacement for a lost sentimental hat. When Brittany hear our story she drop everything to help us replace a sentimental item from showing us all the well organized hats she had in stock, looking and calling other stores to see if they had inventory, to even going above and beyond to help us find our special patch to place on top. You are amazing!

Excellent and Attentive service. The store manager helped me as I was looking for a new pair of motorcycle boots. The boots at this store are perfect for what I need. The clothing in this store are well made and I will continue to shop here. A little pricey but an Excellent Value!!

Walked into the store looking for a replacement 5.11 hat that I had lost. Brittany was very quick to come over and ask to help. She was able to not only find me a suitable replacement but was also able to find me the same patch that I had lost. She is the BEST. Probably one of the best customer service interactions I've ever had, period. No bs, straight to the point, and extremely helpful. Thank you thank you thank you!!

It was my first visit to an actual 5.11 tactical retail store as there is none in PA where I live. From the moment I entered the store, a manager and Cory, the assistant, were welcoming, kind, and quick with helping me. I could find and purchase what I needed/wanted and this experience made my day.

Moreover, Cory helped me with jumping the battery on my car. If not him, I would still be stuck here and not going with my schedules for today.

I’m sure anybody who comes to this store will experience the pleasant shopping I had today.

I've always found that 5.11 tactical wear and gear are great products. My recent visit to the store was an exceptional one. Destiny took the time to educate me on the new back pack that my wife purchased there for me. My intentions were to return it, but once I was shown how versatile it was I kept it and purchased additional items to customize it. Great store and crew..! I'll always be a client. Thanks 5.11..!!!

I've been here twice and the employees have been very helpful both times. The first time I knew I needed a sling pack but I didn't know which size to get so they helped me decide without trying to up-sell. The second time I knew exactly what I wanted, so they helped me find it on the shelf but didn't try to up-sell me on anything. They're also very friendly all together!
