Arlington Medical Supply

I wasn't happy with the walker I was using, it was too light. I went to Arlington Medical Supply. I picked out a walker. The lady asked me if I wanted a drink holder, I did,so she got one and attached it to the walker. I used it to go to the car. Both people in the store were extremely nice and helpful.

Had to get some new catheter bags today after finding that CVS, Walgreens and a local Hurst medical supply business did NOT carry. Shame on you.

However, Arlington Medical Supply had what we needed. The employees were most helpful and knew exactly what I needed. Thanks so much for your helpful and polite way of doing business.

This place is great. They have everything I needed. David knew everything and then some. I found a perfect recliner for a big man.

My experiences here was excellent specially the lady that helped us named Linda she was Great explained everything we wanted to know about a wheelchair for my mother in law keep up the Good job you do Linda Thank You so much.

Cortni was friendly and helpful. She assisted with a transport chair rental and the rental price was excellent compared to other places in town. The process took maybe 15 minutes, it was very convenient. She even taught me how to use and collapse the chair in a way that was easy to understand. Great customer service, thanks so much!

We went to get a replacement wheelchair for my mother-in-love. We were greeted promptly upon entering the store by both employees! I was very leery because of the negative ratings and comments made about Arlington Medical Supply and the service received. Brittany helped our MI❤ test drive a few chairs. She measured her current chair to ensure we were getting the same size. Thank you Brittany for your professionalism and kindness. I even bought some candles..they were a great bargain - B1G1 free☺

I took my mother to this store because she needed a new walker and I wanted her to be able to try some out. Not only was the salesperson at this store happy to help, she was eager to help. She made my mother feel comfortable and that means everything to me. She also gave my mother and I a recommendation for a place that might be able to help my mother with a neck brace. I am terrible at names but she was maybe in her early 20's with short brown hair. This stores customer service is excellent. I have been and will continue to recommend it to anyone that needs medical equipment.

The people there always so helpful and take the extra mile to help me. I have been a customer for many years for various health issues and I have always had someone to help me if I needed to find something. Or take the extra time with me while I decided. I recently bought a knee scooter and was rushing to the store to get it. They were kind enough to get it ready for me and start the paperwork before I got there. And even put it in the car for me! Thank you guys!!

Vinita was incredibly helpful and caring. My husband's wheelchair broke today and he fell to the floor. I needed an emergency wheelchair. Vinita was so caring and helpful. She sent me details of the chairs available. We need more people like Vinita!

Great Customer Service! The staff is always very helpful every time I'm in the store. The products are superior to the products I have been purchasing at the drug store. The lift chair we got from here has been wonderful for my wife's arthritis. Highly recommend this provider.

I had originally had given this place a one star due to bad Customer service. I am a new CPAP user and need lots of direction in how and what to use with my machine ( I was shopping for a full faced mask). Well I am really impressed as how fast this bad experience was addressed. I received a called from the manager David and he turned everything around for me. He was very nice and very understanding of what I had went through and as I had mentioned before it was my first experience with my cpap machine and I was clueless of how to go forward with this new venture.
I really want to share this because places like this are great not only to shop for your medical needs but because they are on TOP of their customers it means that they want their customers to be fully satisfied and happy when they leave their store. I loved that when I came in they were fully equipped for all of your medical needs I knew they had what I was looking for and they did. So now I’m looking for something else and David listen to what I was needing in a nose mask and made me feel like he totally understood. He offered to call me when they were going to be available in his store and also he offered to set up an appointment with his CPAP specialist to help me decide what is best. Wow! People like me need this kind of service to make it less stressful cause trust me it could be. Thank you again David for calling me directly and taking the time to address my bad experience and turning around to a great one! I promise I will be back and let other people know to come visit your store!

I came to this facility today. The Hispanic lady came to assist another lady regarding CPAC supplies. Well, the size I needed was out of stock. She ask me, "what I needed for the mask I had in my hand?" I only needed a clip. She took a clip off of her mannequin and gave it to me. This was at least $150-$200 savings. Thank you so much! The lady was very professional and efficient in her position.

Needed a boot for son who broke his toe. We were greeted immediately and the gentleman had the boot we needed within minutes. He took the time to show my son how it worked.

We were given the option of filing with our insurance or using our flexible spending account card. I opted for the card for the ease it provides.

Inquired about CPAP masks and was told they do carry several brands. We'll be back to let my husband pick one out.

Fast, friendly service and I highly recommend!

I was looking for a boot for my brother. The cashier who helped us was very friendly and knowledgeable of products. Answered all questions I had. Was in and out within 15 minutes. Would recommend to anyone for any of their medical supply needs.

After calling a CPAP store in NRH and not liking the experience, I found Arlington Medical Supply. I calles and inquired about a replacement hose for my machine. I was very pleasantly surprised to learn the same hose was 65% cheaper. Upon arriving, I was greeted by a young man who took me right to the hose I called about. He did NOT pressure me in any way, even informed me of a longer hose which I bout for only $3.00 more cost. When I inquired about a sanitizing machine, he informed me of one equal to a So Clean, but at 1/3 the price. Very couteous, willing to help.

Called today to inquire about a maternity belt and they were very courteous and polite. They were willing to go above and beyond to see if the product is available through them. Thank you!
