Lowe's Home Improvement

Donna helped me with some fittings for my new stove. Apparently the contractor decided to use 3/8 inch hose from a washer and dryer and not the mandated 5/8 in hose. She was incredibly patient and was overwhelmingly knowledgeable in all aspects of Home Improvement. She is the singular reason why I will continue to shop at Lowe's on Rojas she is unbelievably fantastic and a delight to be around.

Two of the nicest employees I have encountered. They went above and beyond to get me what I needed. They met or shall I say exceeded the standards for the costumers. These young gentlemen by thr name of DANTE & ALEX P are such great employees. Besides the store never failing on me needing my house needs. Thank you so much young men. Hard work never goes unseen. Special thanks to Jorge Ochoa for premier service. My hot water heater died and I was already stressed when I came in. Jorge was highly motivated to get me the new unit and parts I needed to get my house in order. I was in and out in 20 minutes with exactly what I wanted and in a much better mood.

Thanks Jorge for making me feel like I was the only customer in the whole building.

I recently purchased a dishwasher and stove through this store with my dad. There was a lot of paper signing and it felt like I was signing a lease agreement. After everything they sent a 3rd party contractor that was super kind and made my parents smile the entire time. This contractors name was Trent he was very professional and kept good communication with us throughout the process. If you want the process to go smooth you need to ask for him, I was initially informed by the sales rep about him and I though well they are just trying to make it sounds better than it is, but they were telling it how it is. And he is also the first contractor I've seen use a level on all the appliances he installed.

Great customer service. I call and asked for bifocal safety glasses, right away I was told aisle 16. Thank you . NOW THAT IS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hope your manager sees this review. 👍👍👍👍😁😸

The last review I made on Lowes was during the peak of the pandemic. They really not organized or prepared to serve the needs of the public with curbside pickup. I have been there many times since the pandemic has improved and store restrictions have been slowly lifted. Today I browsed their tools section, and I was really impressed by their wide selection of ALL KINDS OF TOOLS-- hand tools, power tools, table top shop tools, and so much more. They are really quite comprehensive!! :-)

Great place for your home needs to make your house a home and keep up with it. Very friendly customers service they help you with what your looking for.

I want to share the wonderful experience i had shopping at Lowes today.Martin on the paint department with his great sense of humor helped and provided great service. Also Nora at the cash register was very nice and even helped me to set up my rewards cards.Thank you!!

Well it's low it's nothing bad to say about that place except you have to do a lot of walking in there places so big LOL but yeah cool place to go find some things for your house nothing bad to say about this place

Great customer service and great sales. I've had to return several things that I do not need and they accept returns with receipts no questions asked. You save 5% off your entire purchase with the Lowe's credit card every time on any purchase. They have additional offers though out the year and you can save up to 15% with their credit card. This is where I buy all of my home improvements needs.

I was at the Lowe s on Rojas . Been lookin for 4x6x10 wood posts! Christian was such help that he went to the back to bring new posts. Thank u for all the help!

Went to return and it was a simple process. No line and took about less than 2 minutes to do the return.

I was looking for some light fixture pull chains. After asking four men and being sent all over the store I finally got a young lady who all she did was look the item up on her phone and walked me directly to where it was. Point to be made I will never seek help from men because they are too lazy to help the customer. Your women employees are dedicated to their jobs and are not lazy.

Not very busy here. I bought a stove at a reasonable price. Debra was the awesome associate that helped us. Will be returning. Another female appliance associate was busy but took the time to talk to another waiting customer and myself to let us know help was on the way.

This location is well organized. As you enter the store, huge legible banner signs hang in the ceiling for different areas of the store. Such as appliances, lawn & garden, electrical, lighting, etc.
Plus if you need customer service. There is an assistance button you can press for help. A representative will be called over the intercom and someone will come right away. For the most part, someone did for us. If not look for someone in a marom vest.

Ordered my items online for curbside pickup and I messed it up. I had to go inside to get it sorted out. The associate that helped me was so nice and fixed my mess right away. She was great. I'm sorry I didn't get her name.
