Walmart Neighborhood Market

Yesterday my mom was diagnosed with Covid and her Dr sent in a electronic prescription to the Walmart on N. Loop, I called to find out how long the prescription would take to fill and Sonia the pharmacist told me I’ll fill it for you ASAP, within 10 minutes she called me that it was ready for pickup, she was awesome and avoided me having to return back on Sunday, my mom needed this medication right away, she even took the time to explain all 3 medications to me. Also the pharmacy tech that attended to me was super nice and sweet (her name was long) started with a “E” both of these employees should be recognized for an outstanding professionalism, they both wished my mom a speedy recovery. I highly recommend that these 2 women receive a nice generous bonus or raise because they deserve it, it’s rare today that some employees don’t respect customers or people in general. Ok, so I'm in a huge rush get some needed things for consumption (me and the dog and cat).....well, anyways Iget 20 bucks cash back and it doesn't come out(or I didn't notice it )leave then come back because that was my gas money and when i came back to ask about it.....they had my cash and it was stapled to a receipt!!! I just love it when you get treated like a person! Thank you for the great cs keep up the good work!!!

I did pick up and the guy who took me my order was amazing. He was cheerful and kind. I truly appreciate how he made me feel. He went over beyond to make sure I felt safe and is the epitome of great customer service.

I went to exchange a Chipotle Tabasco sauce that had a broken top. I didn't have the receipt but the young man asked me if I remembered what card I used. I gave it to him and he found the item. I didn't even buy it at this Walmart and the system found it. He also let me pay for two 5 gallon Primo water exchanges. He took the empty bottles to the bin and put the new ones in my cart. I thanked him. They are super nice at this store.

I feel like it's better than the bigger Walmart. Less people, more fresh produce. Also found this thing were it's mascot is a funky looking sandwich for a turkey cheese sandwich product.

Okay I want to update my
review. I went to this Neighborhood Walmart today . I am new to my OTC benefits . Dana ( I hope I spelled her name correctly 😬 ) helped me with compassion and understanding .
And , perhaps , more importantly she did not treat me like a dumb old lady , I assure everyone this IS a real thing . She even said " Great job " . Thank you Dana , you made my day . 🌞👏👌

Awesome,Pharmacist n staff that were working on Sunday 6/18/17 at about 3:30 - 4:00 were outstanding, making customer needs a priority. Outstanding customer service. Awesome Service. New Pharmacist is so so nice

Always have what a person needs and open when you need a store. Clean and cashiers are friendly at least most of them. You dip run into some that think they shouldn't be working have attitude buy other threaten that its good.

Most satisfying experience as i found a wallet and a cellular. I turned both in to the policeman in the front door. There was about 600.00 cash in wallet. Police called the gentlemen who came to pick up his property. I was told he said he could not believe there were people in El Paso that would return all of this money. Considering it is such a poor neighborhood. I know God will return my deed ten fold.

This is our local Walmart. My boys know the staff by name. Love shopping here. The staff is friendly and always helpful. A pleasure doing business here.

It's for my favourite locations because it least I can find my favourite foods

I prefer to shop at the neighborhood Walmarts more that the super centers you will normally find cheaper prices that you would at the big store. Meats are usually cheaper and they do well keeping the shelves stocked. They do have a customer center but I found that sometimes they don't seem to know how to do some transactions in the money center as well as the big stores. They even have a small auto section with oil and cleaners.

This walmart has great workers and service. The self checkout lines are always moving fast. Social distancing is respected and enforced

My go to market. I'm here for various reasons at least twice a week. Great prices and well stocked most of the time. The employees are very friendly and attentive.

I like it when I'm in a hurry. Courteous employee at prescription pick up.
