They always mess up my prescription by giving me an old one and it always says being filled when I try to refill

You can file your taxes and apply for a car or any bank loan at the drive thru. No really, its seriously that slow.

Going to this pharmacy is always a hassle. The drive thru regularly gets backed up into the parking lot area, forcing people to either block parking lot traffic or block people in/out of spaces! Going inside isn’t any easier, since you have to navigate the worst parking lot this side of the Mississippi before standing in line for 20 minutes. I wish this pharmacy had the staff and infrastructure to support the amount of customers it serves. The staff themselves are usually helpful and polite, but I hesitate to ask questions about my medication anymore due to an argumentative employee not understanding what my medication was for and treating me like I was stupid.

When they say "Would you mind to put you on hold ? " please make sure you have at least 20 minutes. These guys put the call on hold and forget.

This pharmacy continues to get my daughter’s prescription wrong. The dosage changed and they didn’t bother to look at the dosage her nurse sent over. I’ve had to go back twice for them to get it right. The wait times to pickup are ridiculously long. No apology from the pharmacy tech. Why can’t people do their jobs right anymore? I’ve wasted so much of my time just trying to get the right dosage.

The pharmacists and many techs are never on the same page. One person will tell you that your medication can be picked up that day but it is random luck whether or not it might be ready. Over and done. I'll drive to Rogers and use a independent pharmacy with one pharmacist.

Pharmacy is absolutely terrible. How many times does my doctor have to send the request for my medicine? There’s a conformation receipt that you send back confirming you got the request but when I get there I’m told that it’s hasnt been received. I go the third time, after calling ahead and am told it’s ready for pickup, and now the excuse is that my medication looks “weird” to the pharmacist and that you have to contact my doctor to confirm it’s right? Why the heck wasnt I told about this BEFORE I got there? Why didn’t you call my doctor ahead of time? You said it was ready 2 DAYS before I went to pick it up, why didn’t you bother to call me or call my doctor until AFTER I went there and got upset? Are you kidding me? Of course you messed up on a Friday, doctors office doesnt open til Monday. Then I go Wednesday after work and now I have to wait the holiday, into next week cause my doctor isn’t going to be open until Monday. You’re horrible and I will never be going back after this. Shame.

Every time I have had a prescription filled at this pharmacy, they never have it ready on time. I dropped a prescription off 4 days prior to needing it filled. The day I came to pick it up, they said I would have to wait an hour because, they hadn’t filled it yet. Would not recommend using this pharmacy. I would rather drive farther to get my prescription filled somewhere else, than deal with their inefficient service and lack of care for other people’s time & fuel spent.

I have had more than one bad experience here. For starters, the pharmacist was trying to run the wrong type of Rx through my insurance so of course it didn't cover it. Several days later, the head pharmacist said they didn't have it in stock and he told me he located two other Walmarts that did. He made me drive all the way back for my paper Rx to take it to the other Walmart that I was already at. Then I find out that the 2nd walmaWa doesn't have it either! He ran me around for days for no reason at all! Got my meds filled at Walgreen's fine.

Fast forward to today, I decide to give Walmart another chance for convenience sake.. oh guess what... "We don't fill prescriptions from YOUR doctor."
I asked why and the girl mumbled something rather quickly about professional prerogatory something or other.. anyway.. completely ridiculous! Thanks again for nothing!

Lady went to check the shelves to make sure they had the medication, said 45 minutes, I stayed in the store and somehow 45 minutes later they didn’t have it anymore.

The people who work at the pharmacy are a joke and rude.
