I never write reviews on places, But i went to this place last night and have gone a few times before but the food was OUTSTANDING! super hot and fresh, service was quick and easy, Fries were salted just right, I ordered the chicken strip meal with a side of gravy and it all was amazing. My only complaint would be the music, Its a bit loud. But i mean you're not there for music, you are there to eat and get served good food.

Always good-sized portions and hot food. Have never experienced any mistakes with my orders, which is rare compared to many local fast food places in Centerton and Bentonville. The employees at the drive thru, cooks, and prepers are accommodating, kind, and most of all polite and have manners. It's not often anymore to hear a thank you coming, enjoy your food, have a good day...I appreciate those efforts.

Great experience, the staff was just amazing! Our food was perfect, and they communicated any change so we were informed of any change to our food. Will definitely be returning!!!

Just passed by around 10:42pm the worker was absolutely amazing! Super nice and super sweet:) I hope she has a great day everyday of her life , she deserves a raise!! Literally an awesome worker:)!

I went here tonight and had to wait an hour to get my food. After about 20 minutes of waiting in the parking lot I walked in to see a manager on brink of a nervous meltdown with angry customers over chicken.

At this point my brain started to get rattled. Was I mildly inconvenienced? Yes. Was I going to let some fried chicken ruin my night? No.

I told the staff chicken wasn't worth crying over. Guys it's chicken and some staff that are teenagers to early 20s overworked and underpaid give em a break.

Excellent kfc from my experience. I am disappointed they got rid of potato wedges and green beans the two best sides they had. I think they all got rid of them. They do have fries now and they are pretty good. Food was fresh and service was quick. I do wish they offered more low carb sides and beverages.

I was extremely impressed by Trenton, one of the managers at this KFC.

They got my mobile order wrong, however he saved the day with the way he responded to my complaint. He immediately apologized for the mistake, made no excuses and offered to make it right. Then at the end of the call, he apologized again for the inconvenience.

He handled the complaint like a pro and retained this customer. Well done Trenton!

Food was fresh and customer service was great! They have been better than popeyes chicken.

The spicy chicken sandwich is exceptional! Went from eating KFC once a year to 20 times a year simply for the chicken sandwich.. Their chicken sandwich kills the eat more chikn folks and especially that terrible Louisiana chicken sandwich across the street!

The staff was very helpful and nice.
The food quality is fantastic every time and the atmosphere inside gives off good vibes. We try and eat here at least once a week.

The drive thru was fast, the staff was friendly and the food was GREAT!! Will definitely be back!

I can't believe how much better KFC is in Arkansas compared to California! It was great like I remembered!! I think California uses a different recipe to make it taste like dog food!

Solid kfc. The temperature was on point. Oil sauce was perfect. Was made fast. People told me about a good sweet tea that they have. And that it was. Thanks

This place is awesome I love their chicken sandwich and fries. I'd just get water with it to make my self feel better with the grease

Y’all need to relax with the secret herbs and spices I’m trying to work across the street but now I’m just hungry all day lol
