Ordered the Asada and pastor boritos . Let me tell you they were amazing . Not only was the meat well seasoned but it was so tender it melted in your mouth. The borritos come with your choice of rice, bean, pico. The large tortillas were homemade as well....delicious. Also the people were so friendly and kind.

I think i found my new go to local spot for authentic mex eats.
The price is fair for the size.
Asada burrito was large and had a good amount of meat inside it and not a lot of fatty pieces, the chicken tacos were plentiful.
the salsa verde wasn't hot and the rojo tasted a little like a hot sauce brand I recognized. We also picked up a boneless chicken breast to cook with another meal
Order/pay at the register upon entry; about a 10 minute wait depending on how busy it is.

Place is clean and the typical carniceria mom and pop setup.. Long live small business's; they are the heart of business.

There burritos are 5 star, because their meat is very tender and fresh. I really like the selection they have from a variety of meats to fresh vegetables as well.

Bought ingredient to make some chorizo breakfast burritos. Came out really good. Not too spicy but great flavor not too fatty. Very clean and friendly staff. So happy we have a convenient place to pick up our basic food supplies. Well stocked with beer too.

We purchased some carne asada meat for BBQ and some Shrimp cerviche. The shrimp was amazing fresh and delicious. The marinated asada was very delicious. The chicken meat was not too salty like many latin marinades can be. Very good. Also a small produce stand and Mexican grocery assortment inside.

Went in for the delicious burritos we read about. We ended up with burritos, tacos, and a quesadilla. All carne asada. Good flavor, like the use of red onions on the tacos, the meat is tender and I really liked their tortillas. The red sauce is very good so we forgot to try the green sauce. We will be back.

Finally a butcher in the Hemet/San Jacinto area! I grew up back east and was spoiled with some excellent polish butchers so I was happy to see this place to finally open! I have tried the chorizo so far, which was not fatty and very flavorful. I've also requested ribeye steaks cut 1 inch thick on a special order, and they had them fresh cut a couple days later when their deliveries came in. You have earned my business, keep up the great work! Also to note, this place is super clean, never a line, and the staff is SUPER helpful. My next stop will be to buy some carne asada burritos!

Really nice and clean place. I like there quality of meat, it always come out very well seasoned and tender. The staff is always helpful and friendly. I really like the meat butcher, his very knowledgeable and offers advice and tips on the meats.

I always order the carne asada tacos. They are always amazing and delicious. Full of meat and flavor. Will continue to be a customer. Clean store and friendly staff.

The menudo and the carnitas did not disappoint,also the guacasalsa was really good,give this carnicería a shot,you will like it.They have beer as well.

Las Olas meat market is a small Mexican store on the west side of San jacinto they are very friendly and the quality of their products are great the meat is very high quality I recommend for everyone to stop and try their ceviche shrimp and fish definitely one of the best I've ever had and their carnitas by the pound are the best in the area made only Saturday and Sunday and gone fast stop by and prove for yourself

Great selection of meats and vegetables. Outstanding burritos and tacos. With a great selection of seafood and different types of meat cut anywhere you like because he'll do that for you. It's a great mom and pop meat market. They have a large selection of spices homemade salsa and guacamole. A great selection of drinks teas to water the different types of beers. It is a family-run business with a family atmosphere to make you feel comfortable and asking questions when you were thinking about how you want to prepare a certain meal. Friendly friendly friendly people that took their time for a person who doesn't speak that well in Spanish to get exactly what I was looking for. I think it's a great education for young Cooks to go to to get to see what it looks like before it comes out a restaurant door you can actually do it yourself by going to this store. Shopping and supporting this local store that just opened please go visit. In these trying times we need more places like this . A Mom and Pop own Meat Market. Support them they will need our help. They have carne asada and chicken burritos and tacos and Menudo on Saturday and Sundays. Excellent things to buy for lunch or dinner made for you in the store. Or you can buy the meat or fish and make it yourself at home. Exciting new business owners in town. A Military Family.

The carne asada burrito was great, tender meat, no fat and the el pastor was the best we’ve had in the valley.

This place is mom and pops owned. Very kind and attentive, have fresh meats, and will cut to you're liking.
