AT&T Store

Excellent experience here! I was wary of getting a phone upgrade as in the past it seems to take forever but the manager of the store attended me and got me out of there with a new iPhone and accessories in about 40 minutes. Thank you!

Had issues with my IPhone battery, the store manager Igor was a great help with resolving my issue. Very helpful and professional. I may have been a little temperamental in dealing with my issue, but he was calm, cool, and collected. Was an excellent help all the way to the end. Any phone issues, or looking for an AT&T store, I would highly recommend Igor and his crew! Awesome job. Thank you!

We were taken care right away without any waiting. Nathan was pleasant and knowledgeable. We asked a ton of questions and he answered all of them.

I came in with my boyfriend, and Igor helped us out, got a new phone new number and Apple Watches for myself and my boyfriend, and case, screen protector and a small speaker! He helped get us the best deals was so patient with us because we had our daughter with us. At one point he took his own phone and played Ms. Rachel just to keep her calm. He was patient enough to also help us set everything up. Left with everything up and running with no issues along the way! I love the level of professionalism and honestly I'll take the long drive from Worcester just to go to this store. 10/10 customer service!

I had a good experience here.
My reason for the visit was an old-school flip phone for m y elderly mother. She wasn't happy with her current carrier and the quality of the phone she was getting. Most places do not offer flips anymore, or they are pre paid cards. Here I was able to buy the phone outright; a little over $100 and get a $15 plan. Exactly what I needed for a cheaper plan than what she had. WIN,WIN to me.
Not to mention the sales associate was very nice and experienced.

Igor and Carlos crushed it. Super knowledgeable and total professionals. They hooked up our whole family. Highly recommend this store for all your ATT needs !!

The store rep Tyler was extremely friendly and was able to help look deeper into my wireless account and communicate with customer service in order to resolve my problems. I recommend contacting the store management to commend your employee

Igor the Manager helped us resolve an ongoing account issue that we’ve struggled with for months now. The staff was patient and knowledgeable. Very supportive staff! We had a great experience today. Highly recommend.

The associate that helped us was very friendly and helpful. We called a few minutes before to make sure the phone we wanted was in and he was very helpful in finding the item in to store before arriving. Overall it was the best experience we had in Raynham AT&T in a long time.

Disclaimer: I can only speak to my experience with the associates I dealt with, so all the negative reviews about the store manager is not my problem.
Went in to pick up our new phones and get everything set up after making a purchase online and switching from Verizon! I was greeted by Alana, a newer employee who was nothing short of friendly, professional and helpful. You could tell she wanted to do well at her new job and to me, she was doing great! I waited only about five minutes until Sarah, a more tenured employee, greeted me and began assisting me. Within 15 minutes our phones were set up, data transferred from the old phones to the new ones and as we waited, Sarah made small talk and made sure we weren’t sitting there awkwardly! Definitely a positive experience and won’t hesitate to go back for any questions, as I’m sure they’d be glad to help!

I purchased a phone at this store last week. Jeremy, the salesperson I dealt with, was outstanding. After some initial questions, Jeremy sensed my aversion to technology. Without trying to oversell, we found a phone that met my needs.Jeremy answered all my questions with patience and humor. If you are looking to purchase or upgrade Jeremy is the man to see.

I want to say what an amazing experience I had here. Not much for usually rating or giving comments but Renee and her manager (can’t remember her name) provided AMAZING service. Very patient and found the best available deal. Location I will be letting everyone I know as the go-to location for service and merchandise. Thanks again ladies for making a Saturday adventure I was dreading into a great start to my Saturday.

Igor was a very professional and knowledgeable of any and all questions, comments and concerns I had. He was also very pleasant and outgoing. You didn’t feel like they were just trying to get a sale, but was sincerely accommodating.
Mike was also extremely pleasant and very helpful as well. He made sure all my questions were answered, extremely knowledgeable in both the type of plan that would best fit me and the accessories he recommended that I most definitely needed.
Both Igor and Mike were perhaps the best associates I have had the pleasure of dealing with. I highly recommend both this Rehoboth location and being assisted by either Igor or Mike.

This place is great. Sabrina, the manager, and Eric the rep were caring, understand and slowed way down for me to learn to the new adjustments on my new phone. Sabrina was amazing, she knocked over $100 off my bill with new phones. I felt like I was sitting in front of honest people who really cared about the importance of my information. I will always come back here and send my friends and family.

Renee was so helpful! I first visited about a month ago with an issue with a new phone. There was nothing that she could do immediately but definitely helped to give me ideas as to what to do on my end to fix it. Last night I was finally able to go in and get the phone I wanted because I took all of her ideas and they worked. She is very helpful and a very nice Rep. I would send anyone her way!

My mom and I came in a few days ago to get a new phone and upgrade mine. Renee was amazing! She was so sweet and understanding and she had to deal with a ton of customers that day we went in. She was extremely professional and was an excellent multitasker trying to help everyone as quickly as possible. I would absolutely recommend this store and definitely ask for Renee she is amazing!

Had a great experience with the store manager! I ran to this store an hour before closing and was warmly greeted. Although I ran around the day before to other stores, I was in and out in less than 20 minutes with my new phone. My brother told me this was also the store that helped him with his phone too. I will only come here from now on when it's phone upgrade time! Thank you again ☺

I needed to upgrade my iPhone, the phone I have was really old. We assumed it would be a bit of an ordeal getting the data transferred over. Our representative Renee was amazingly patient, competent and reassuring that even though we had some bumps along the way we would get the phone data transferred. She was absolutely correct and did it all with a smile. Outstanding work and customer service Renee! Keep it up.

Renee helped me as well as the rest of my family update our plans and upgrade our phones today. To say this was the best experience I’ve had with AT&T would be an understatement. Fantastic experience. I have never been treated so well as a customer before. The sales rep named Mark went over my entire bill with me looking to save me as much as he could. He spent around 2 hours with me and was extremely thorough. I didnt even buy anything that day but I will be coming back here when I do decide to buy anything related to cellphones.
