The Winthrop St Location is one of the friendliest and attentive groups I’ve seen! They are always helpful from management down. Always enjoy coming in and they make the best salads and subs! Thank you guys for everything you do! 😊

Great service and very nice store.

I come to this location at least once a week and get usually get the same thing; steak and cheese, my way. I've also got the Thanksgiving sub and a few of their soups and chowder. All in all, no complaints. Very respectful and detail oriented to orders, at least for my custom orders. Prices aren't to bad even though the employees can't set the price. The bottled drinks are a bit on the expensive side in comparison to other sub shops.

Called in tonight for takeout. The young guy taking the order was very good, great attention to detail. Shortly after they called me to clarify the order! This certainly had never happened to me before!
When picked up, the sandwiches were perfect and my greek steak salad was fresh and so delicious.
This was the first time in probably the last 5 takeout orders (at various other restaurants) that the food was as ordered. Getting a correct order is huge in our book!!!

Thank goodness for tonight’s closing crew! I walked in 6 minutes before they closed (lost track of time & thought they were open til 9pm, not 8pm). They graciously turned back on the toaster & pulled out all the fixings for my Thanksgiving sub. I profusely apologized as I know they were ready to call it a night, but they didn’t blink an eye & were efficient & kind. Talk about great service with a smile! Kudos ladies! You were my hero’s tonight!

This D’Angelo location is particularly my favorite, I came across meeting Angelina the shift leader. She has the best customer service and she gladly made me my veggie pocket! Not only is this women's customer service top quality so is the food! Will definitely be returning again and visiting this lady!
