I was sent the wrong shoe, the staff was a bit confused so the manager Mark came over to assist. The lady next to me was also trying to locate a package. Mark put out both fires with ease, a smile and excellent customer service. The staff was all so nice and attentive and willing to work through it all. I will definitely be back!

I needed to return a pair of boots that I had ordered on line. The cashier was extremely helpful with the return and showed me where I could find the size I needed. Very simple transaction and very friendly customer service.

The staff here are very helpful. I love their rewards program. I applied 3 coupons and barely paid anything at all for my sons Nike shoes. Love shopping here!

I think my husband was a little afraid when I first walked in here because he said oh my goodness here she goes...not! He knows that I am a selective buyer and thrifty so he wasn't too worried folks but I tell you what when I walked in here and saw the Denver clothing on the left and the sock collection on the right and the shoes all in front of me I did go a little bit crazy! I did end up getting a pair of wonderful bearpaw boots on discount. Thank you so much for this location and exceptional customer service.

Lots of good shoe options, whether fancy, functional, or every day. There are always multiple associates on the floor, but they don't breath down your neck while you shop. Overall nice place to shop

Decent selection of boots, and they have extra shoes in the back. If you don't see your size, make sure to ask one of the workers and they'll check in the back for you.

I ordered a pair of shoes online and they were not a good fit. It was so easy to return them at this store.

They don't sell John Lobbs but the Clark slipons are very stylish, comfortable & helped my plantar fasciitis.

Great selection of women's, men's and kids shoes, also bags, scarfs and accessories, at reasonable prices with helpful staff.
