Van Marcke's Ace Hardware

When I need a specific piece of hardware this is the only place I will go. Today I wandered into the store not really sure of what I wanted. I was looking for a perfect size pop rivet that might work for my project. Within a minute a nice lady asked if she could help me. She led me to the rivets which would not fit my needs which I conveyed to her. She then led me to the perfect alternative :)

We can always find what we need at ace. Best customer service I've ever seen. Friendly outgoing I will always be a customer prices a little higher than home Depot but it's small enough to find everything and no long lines I love it

These guys are awesome! I love Ace hardware! I've recently been coming here 4-5 times a week because I have a project going on just up the road. I also use to go here ad a kid 30 years ago when it was handy Fred's Ace Hardware.
Every time you go in you are greeted and asked if you need help finding anything. Then you tell them what you are looking for and they tell you exactly where it is. This saves so much time! I've been to the big box stores and walked the whole store spending so much time trying to find something without any help. This is so much better! Even if the price is just a little bit more. Time is money! Vonnie at the register is always super sweet! All the rest of the staff is also super nice. Great job guys!!

Came in right at open. All staff were helpful and got me to the items I couldn’t find on my own. The neighborly feeling much preferable to big box stores

I try to get all my hardware needs from this particular Ace Hardware they are always friendly and wanting to help , today I went in needing just 1 little 10mm nut I walked in this young man was right there to assist he took the one nut I had went checked the size got a matching one and said here you go don’t worry about it have a great day this one one of the many reasons this is my Ace of choice you just don’t get customer service like this to often anymore I just wish I would have asked his name.

Very helpful on an online only item that ACE was running and poorly advertised, not Van Marckes fault. But they helped get me registered and I got the right item at the right price. Good ole customer service!

In a world of megastores and corporate greed, stores like this are very important. This is a local store caters to the local clients. The people are knowledgeable. They're friendly and it at least feels like they really want to help. Never pass up an opportunity to support a locally owned business. They appreciate it and in the long run so will you.

Love the red vests! Staff always greets you when you walk in and will take you to the items you need. Everyone is knowledgeable and very helpful in your efforts to succeed with projects. I can get in and out feeling confident I bought the right items with helpful advice.

Nice little local small business. Happy staff that are VERY helpful! Usually pretty busy which is GREAT! Prices are much higher for some things, but in order to try and support small local business I make it a point to shop here at least once a month. Friendly staff and nice selection make this our number 1 Ace Hardware! Plus it's less than 1 mile from home 😀

Walked into store. Ask if I needed any help. Told the 👩 yes I do. Needed straps to fix my 🏍 bags. She told the location of the straps. Was looking at the straps. A young employee came over to help me. Got everything and was there only 10 minutes. Paid a decent price. Paid and out the 🚪 door. Very 😊 HAPPY.

What a pleasure dealing with the employees at Kabat's Handy Ace Hardware! The moment we entered the store we received a pleasant greeting from Kelly. The product we were seeking was at another store and Kelly started the process of having it delivered to their location so we wouldn’t have to travel farther to purchase it. Every employee we dealt with went above and beyond. We will be back!
