The Home Depot

I had locked my keys in the trunk of my car accidentally and called for road side assistance. I was distressed and my phone was at 8 percent and the roadside assistance was going to be 1 - 2 hrs. I went inside and explained my situation and immediately the girls and ladies there were soooo kind and empathize with my situation. They offered me water, let me charge my phone and allowed me to hang out in a spot while I wait. Thank you all. I appreciated the kindness.

Jennifer is an amazing cashier. She has gone above and beyond for her customers. Always friendly, smiles and greets everyone. When it was busy she ran all over to help as best as she could. We bought a fan and soil along with other things and she assisted with everything and got the help we needed. Amazing customer service.

This place is the greatest we came in to buy marking paint (4 cases) and they had it!! We had a dilemma with our trailer and they allowed us to leave it there for the day!! Thank y’all!! Chris is a real asset to the company

Nobody is perfect so it wasn't a big surprise that some kitchen cabinets arrived damaged and even the dishwasher. I had more problems than expected but the way how the managers Andrew, Kevin and Jack were able to fix each of the problem was extraordinary. But my greatest thanks is going to Sullie, who supported and helped me from the first to the last day. I were lost without her. For sure my favorite store.

My raised garden bed has desperately needed fertilizer to increase the growth and Home Depot had tons of choices. If you’re like me get the 50 pound bag to save the most with slow release. I can’t wait to get home and see the results it has on my vegetables. 2019 will be great!!

I love the flowers, and my lavender plants that the garden associate directed me too! I also bought a wooden barrel ( potter) for my Lavender. After checking out i headed right back into the customers service when a saw a great gas grill tagged with a great price to purchase! I received great customer service; curious, prompt, and friendly! Ty Home Depot. I'm ready to plant & BBQ.

Bought so much! Finishing out a remodel, changing night into day. Great selection of electrical items. I bought outlets, switches, lighting for the bedroom, kitchen, dining area, bathroom, and 2 ceiling fans and more! Fast service.

Had a great experience and didn’t even go into the store. My nearest store didn’t have an item I wanted, but this one did. I bought it online for store pickup - haven’t used that feature at HD before. On the pic, you can see the online lockers outside the front door. Walked up, tapped my code in, locker door opened, grabbed my box and was gone. Can’t get any better than that.

I want to give a huge shout-out to Kevin Walker, a manager at the Home Depot in Apache Junction. My mother had her blinds delivered when she wasn’t home. They were too heavy for her to bring in so Kevin drove to her house after work and brought them in for her. That meant so much to her. Thank you!

Today I actually saw friendly employees and they actually helped. Got a key made and it didn't take me a hour. Self check out was fast and easy. Time to kill whose weeds and new floors would be nice.

They helped me find equipment for demolition job we are doing out here in Mesa. Thanks guys

I'm not a fan of how Home Depot stores are ran, however it seems as if they're getting better. Getting rid of dangerous employees such as the previous manager of the Queen Creek store. I hope that they start taking care of their floor employees better as well. Like giving them an employee discount. Because success sharing is only effective if you've got effective leadership and that's hit or miss.
I prefer to leave Google reviews over store surveys. Corporations do that so the vast majority of people checking reviews before shopping somewhere, CAN'T SEE the negative reviews. Not only that, and FAR WORSE in my opinion, it makes it to where STELLAR EMPLOYEES also can't see all the amazing reviews on them. COMPLETELY taking away their power. Frankly, it's despicable.
When I worked there (obviously) I had a returning customer come up to me and say "Did you see my review on you?!" I replied "Oh, no. I'm sorry, only management can see those and unless they show us, we don't see them." I could see the disappointment in his eyes and then he said the most heartbreaking thing... He says "That not only was the best review I've ever written, that was probably the best thing I've ever written in my life." I went by Nix at store 0456. And NEVER received credit for being mentioned in the VOC's (Voice of the Customer) "three times a week at least." To quote my last store manager... The same man fired from Queen Creek 🙄.
I'm writing this to encourage more people to BLOW OFF the stupid store surveys and leave Google reviews instead! So that the employees that NEVER get recognized by management can AT LEAST get a little validation from YOU!!!
SO! That being said! CHRISTOPHER! FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! You are a true GEM! You think quick on your feet and are always, fast, efficient, and professional. You not only deserve a homer... Pfft! 🙄, But you deserve to be employee of the month for your specific group (I was always in specialty, I don't remember what yours was called). THEN! You need to consider moving up... FAST! Don't waste time cuz they'll milk you for all you're worth until you're burned out. So get on the fast track cuz you should already be there! Thanks for everything you do, you make walking back into that store significantly less upsetting.

Every staff member I have met has been very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I am doing a whole home renovation, so I’ve been in up to 3 times in a day and gotten great assistance from JR, Byron and Chance in plumbing, Lynn in paint and all the other people from other departments, cashiers and the guys that help us load the car. What a great place to get the assistance I need with the friendly, experienced staff, assisting me in a stressful time of remodeling!

I got the best help from 3 employees in the garden area. First; The lady that was working cashier was the best customer service that I have ever received 10 star rating. This lady went above and beyond her Customer service/cashier in which made me feel just as important as her parents. Second; not sure of the 2 guys name, (did at the moment but I had my mind on my projects.) Let me tell ya, they did not hesitate to help at all, I mean OMG, their enthusiasm, laughing, smiling and participation did not go unnoticed and hopefully one day within the Crismon staff/managers/corporate can tell them "Perfect Job Well Done" with any extra incentives toward their future with Home Depot...Honestly, it made me feel like a million bucks in all I have been going through lately. Thanks to the garden staff! The 3 staff members were young and full of energy. I do hope n pray, they have a lot of potential opportunities coming their way! Thanks Home Depot

Was well stocked with all the plumbing supplies I needed for my sprinkler project. There were plenty of older adult workers available to advise me on my project and thank you very much Linda for helping me at the checkstand with all my items

Got me some geraniums 3 for $13. Gallon size.
