dd's DISCOUNTS

Grand opening 6/24/23 so as expected chaotic but in good order. Shelves were full of new items and I did not see any items marked down. Something I kind of expected since today is the first day the store opened at Mableton

I really enjoyed my experience today. The manager Melody was amazing. Kids were running all over and she politely let the parent know that for the safety of the kids and other they can’t run. Also a lady was upset over the dirtiness of the restroom and the manager personally cleaned the urine on the toilet from the last guest and let her know she was sorry. They don’t have public restrooms but will make an exception. Keep up the good work and welcome to the neighborhood.

I had a wonderful experience. I was there yesterday and I needed some help finding a gift for my Aunt. The staff was really nice. And there was a lady there by the name of Stacy. I think she might have been a manager. I’m not sure. But she was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me. And I would definitely return.

Very nice store .reasonable prices. customer service is great everyone is very friendly and helpful .Only things is that kids are everywhere no one are watching their kids I was hit with a ball while shopping that is unacceptable people please watch your kids this is a places of business not a play ground. Workers in store keep up the good work.I will be shopping there again one of my favorite stores. Thank you for great services.

Gave 5 stars because they deserve it the way they have to clean and babysit for customers. I just saw a lady get mad at the associate for asking her to not allow her kids to sit in the baskets at the end of a clothing rack. Parents, watch your kids it should be embarrassing to have someone speak to your unruly kids. It’s shows your poor parenting skills then the audacity to get upset. Good job DD’s employees.

Visited this store this week to check it out as it’s the newest addition to Mableton. It was very organised and the shelves were full. Special mention to the check out girl Merit who was very friendly, helpful and had great customer service. She seems like a great asset to the team already 🙂 Will definitely be back in the future thanks guys! 😎

I’m so happy to get new clothing stores in this complex. I visited DD’s this past weekend and bought a few random items. I will definitely be back.

Good deals , they welcome you in as soon you enter the store. Way better than Ross nextdoor.

Always a good experience, however this one was not as stocked as others I have been to.

Found some great deals. However, they really need to work on their customer service. 3 ladies up front were having a whole conversation about a co worker while scanning my items. So unprofessional.

The most DD’s I have ever been into. The customer service skills are below 0. Only one woman at the register Diane who “tried” but was unaware of all training needed which I totally understand when she called the manager Lynn to come assist who had the worst attitude and very nasty and unprofessional. This store lacked class and any respect for paying customers

Customer service is very very poor. Came here because it’s fairly new to the area and I will not be returning. Closed the fitting rooms an hour and a half prior to store closing, the employees were dismissive only one young lady was helpful I think she was new but she was trying. The cashier and the young man Isaiah acted like we were a bother. I will take my business elsewhere
