Macy's is a culture; I was raised a Macy's girl. The moment you enter any Macy's, take a deep breath and take in the myriads of fragrances. Macy's offers you a world of high fashion, fine jewelry, perfumes and home goods and so much more. The great thing is that there are always sales, perks and rewards. Don't get me wrong, I love all the other fine stores, but I will always be a Macy's devotee🥰

I shop at Macy's all of the time and I love all of the stylish products there. This past visit in particular, I went to Lenscrafters in Macy's and I was struggling to use the Klarna app. The employee had a hard time as well and called for backup. As I was about to leave without purchasing due to frustration, Ms. Angela (didn't get her last name but I believe she was Hispanic) walked in there like a boss, fixed the situation, and left with a smile. Thanks to her I was able to leave the store a satisfied customer. THANK YOU AGAIN ANGELA!!! <3 <3

Karina the manager was helpful with ringing us up when the sale prices wouldn't ring up and Shaniyah at customer service was great in helping when we couldn't get Omar Hernandez to help in lingerie.
Thanks again to Karina and Shaniyah for being kind, respectful and professional and making me feel like a valued customer.

Crowded all the time
As any other Macy’s .. a bit chaotic. Not easy to find stuff, but a good source to find good deals.

The shoe department is amazing and Roline is exceptional at her job. She helped me find shoes to match a fancy dress but with a low heel since I have a knee injury. It took us about an hour and she never gave up or seemed annoyed at how many shoes I tried. She is professional and a delight.

The men's store at Aventura is one of my favorite places to shop. Ana is amazing. I no longer live in south Florida but I always stop in when I am in town. Ana is the only one I will let check me out. She is always nice, polite, and doesn't treat me like I am going to steal something!

Always some deal going on at Macy's :) and you always see something that you like. Their selection of products is pretty good I was able to find something in the store that i couldn't vac home which made me happy. This is a nice macys that has a friendly staff, the selection is a little limited as far as clothing styles but it all depends on what you like, But their shoes selection is GREAT

Has large selection of mens suiting and outfitting along with colognes.
Housewares also available at the position.
Womenswear is in another anchor store located out through mall and to the left

It was beautiful my mom and I found the best heels ever😍 and they were only $9.99 because they were on last act and we love them also my mom got a gorgeous dress❤

The toy section is great over here!! If you have kids ..Best place to get your kids stuff.

Jamna was very honest and helpful. She was extremely nice and was able to assist me with my order and satisfied all of my requests with efficiency. She deserves a raise!

Macy's has a great sale today. Many items marked clearance. The store was busy with shoppers and plenty of merchandise. I visited the shoe department but noticed sales in other departments.

This Macy's usually does not disappoint, went there to get my granddaughter a dress for her first opera, found something that was both age appropriate and beautiful.
