Stopped by here looking for wearable electronic watch. They had in stock. No problem getting assistance and help. Made my purchase quite easily. Store well stocked, clean and easy to get to. Recommend!

Great customer service. From the person who greeted us and guide us to the Geek Squad. Special mention to Guillermo who made a diagnostic test right away, on our broken laptop even though it's a busy Sunday afternoon.

Nabbed an OLED TV and sound bar for a great price.. salesman Michael walked us through the process and was pretty relatable. Will definitely recommend working through him!

I usually have had no problems with this locations but this experience was a little upsetting. I placed an order online and as stated on their website and app, your order will be fulfilled and ready in 1 hour. This was not the case and I had to wait an extra couple of hours. For my next purchase I would just like a little more communication but besides that amazing location.

Thank you to JAYLE! The only reason I will be giving Best Buy a 5 star. She assisted me quickly while there was a line of 5-10 people behind me, a squad of managers stood next to her huddled up talking while she assisted every one of us BY HERSELF! Leadership, do better, help your staff and help your customers! Shame on Best Buy, and thank you Jayle for the service.

The store is great in general! I had an issue with a price match and the manager fixed it for me with no problem. All the employees are so nice and helpful.

Came in late at night, waited about 30 min for assistance (turns out the sales associate had called my name but I couldn't identify who had called my name, nobody asked if I needed assistance), but I was able to purchase the item I was looking for with a great price-matched price. The salesman was very friendly and helpful, thank you!

I came into Best Buy on my lunch break to buy a Mac Book Air and iPods. There were a bunch of young employees chatting but David was checking all the laptops on display, ensuring their performance, etc. ( I know this from past freelance working with Best Buy). I asked him for help and he was more than eager to help. He was very knowledgeable on all products. I got my Mac Book Air, newest iPods and a membership that was basically free. David is amazing. Extremely nice! A Phenomenal employee, 10 stars!!!

Ariel Alvarez was our sales person. He was extremely knowledgeable and helpful to us in choosing the best kitchen appliances to meet our needs. He was also very professional and personable. I highly recommend asking for him!

Into a lot of different Best Buy it's probably my first my favorite electronic store but these guys always treat me right customer service is pretty cool

Great customer service! Both the Marks were awesome but not the young lady at the register waiting on me. She kept speaking Spanish to the people in line instead of attending to the customer in front of her. Although the merchandise was cheaper in store, she was very combative as I explained to her it was cheaper than my previous online purchase. I then ask that she speak to Mark. He explained that the price online was incorrect and to make the adjustment. She overstepped and should have listened. She was all over the place. More training needed.

It's almost Christmas so I understand if they are busy so no matter what the service was great. I have been going to this Best Buy for a long time and never had a problem.

We came to buy a tv, but had no idea what we wanted. Thanks to Paulo. He was so knowledgeable and very helpful. We bought a beautiful Samsung Tv 85 Inch. Thank you for taking care of us.

He found the laptop I described to him even though it wasn't on display. Helped me decide on a wireless keyboard & mouse set that was to my liking. And got my discount Office 365, & it all listed under my Geek Squad Total Tech bundle for warranty & customer service.

Had an issue w earbuds for the 3rd time and just when I thought I would have to take a total loss, Mark the Manager at Geek Squad came through and saved the day big time! Thanks, Mark and thanks Best Buy!

Nice, they helped me after store closed at 9 pm. Only for that, they should raise or give some compensation to workers. Recommended.

My name is Mel, and over the last year my purchases have increased for business (ickedmel). I got the credit card awhile ago, and signed up for 2 memberships at Best Buy.

Yesterday, I needed a new computer, need a high end one, and was a little disappointed what I needed wasn't in the store built. Madison told me, we can help you pick the parts in store, and we can build it for you. I was surprised, didn't know you guys did that. (whatever parts weren't in store, was ordered)

It was her, and another guy helping me out, she was the main point of contact, we spent quite a bit of time, didn't feel rushed at all, and even several other employees gave me some tips and advice on what I needed. I could genuinely tell they love what they do, 2 of the guys even showed me their computer setup at home, which was really cool, felt like I was talking to friends.

After paying, I asked Madison about how the geek sqaud stuff works, and if I need to make an appointment. She walked me over, and even took care of me there, setting me up for an appointment Wednesday. The customer service was amazing, and the best experience I've had in the store.

Just really wanted to highlight, important people like that, and I've moved a lot of my business purchases to you guys
