We wanna say KUDOS to Dominic in the men's department for formal shirts. Thank you for being patient with us in choosing the right size for my disabled husband. He made sure he helped us and was very kind and polite and he even asked me If I needed help. May he be commended and recognize for his good work. It was last March 2, 2024 around 5:30 pm. Tnx again Dominic! May all employees be like you.

I love going to JCPenney‘s and getting pampered having my hair dyed cut in the stack. There’s always nice and pleasant.

I got some really great priced Dockers pants for 40% off! A woman named Bobbie was very helpful, along with a few other employees who helped direct me to where I needed to look. Jcpenny definitely has better prices than other department stores, and still great quality and selection.

I love JC Penney. Great quality shoes and clothes. I got two pairs of boots on this trip.

Always great going to JCP. I found everything I needed and the associates were very helpful. My favorite part? JCP is dog friendly! My pup loved meeting new people.

This location is better than the one near me in Carlsbad, this location is Escondido has greater selection and greater deals.

I'm picky, but thorough, and I was able to find 5 pairs of shoes, 3 pairs of jeans, and 2 pairs of jeans shorts for a total of $70.

Great deal. Worth the time to stay and pick though the clearance and sale items. I always recommend JCP to my friends :)

Purchased a few items online and had an email the next morning telling me ready for pick up. The email told me where to go and the woman at the check out pulled the items quickly. All of this was on
Black Friday and done very quickly!

Photo shoot was great! Then took a look around and found so many great sales! I highly recommend especially for parents, the Disney and toy section plus clothing was all amazing. Great customer service as well!

I really like JC Penney. They have plus size women's clothes that don't look like tents or something even your great grandmother wouldn't wear. Also, their sales are FANTASTIC. Just can't be beat. This was the first time I combined online ordering with curbside pickup. It was so easy. Sales clerk who brought my stuff to the car was very friendly. I will definitely shop like this again.

So it's Black Friday, and the only thing I really, really need for Christmas is the perfect purse. I always look at price first (probably because I'm so cheap) there are slim pickings. But Penney's had such a fantastic selection, Eureka, found it. Best purse ever with pockets for my cell phone, glasses, water bottle, etc. And it looks great and with 60 percent off, the price was not bad at all.

Plenty of parking at this mall. I’m a type a shopper that gets in an out get what I need and I’m gone. Always good sales when you show up here. No issues at this store. Grew up in north county so this was my go to mall. Going south the carpool lane you can exit the freeway it’s much quicker get to the back of the parking lot

Purchased a Beautyrest mattress, medium firm. JC Penny will deliver and pick up old mattress for $25. What a deal! The sale associate was very helpful and was not pushy. The picture below is from their website. My mattress will be delivered next month.

I returned 3 blouses that didn't fit and Cindy, at North County JC Penney was so helpful and knowledgeable. She made my return so easy. Great customer service!

I get my haircut every 3 weeks at the highly professional JC Penney Salon.

Enjoyed a awesome day shopping at JC Penney "Pene" . I was reminded of how great the quality and style of the clothing they have. They offer an upscale quality of clothes and when they say that they are on sale you really do get a true an actual bargain on quality made clothing that will last you until the next fashion cycle . I still have clothing from when I was in High school that look like new and I now wear to work that are back in fashion. They have great buyers that bring you great clothing . I purchased swim suits that I have seen at other specially stores with the lastest styles and they had all the variety of selections all on sale. I bought them all for a True savings . Glad that the Lord had me wait to buy until he brought me to this store. One of the Best shopping day I have had all year.

Always to go to store to check out. JC Penny has a lot of collections in clothing and footage selection. It is true in other departments too :=)
