Sevier Vapor - Jefferson City

Me and my husband bought 2 new vapes systems that use pods. Sadly they wasn’t working and everytime we went to hit our devices it would taste immediately burnt/dry. We came back in and Rachel gave us a free pack of new pods to see if it was a bad batch. Sadly that didn’t help. We went back the next day and Rachel and the owner helped us and really tried to get the devices to work. They worked with us for a good 30min and was using different juices and pods. They offered to try to give us a return and to swap devices if they couldn’t get them to work. But they figured out the issue as we were the first people to buy the new systems. I would definitely recommend this place as they have always taken such good care of us and really try to make their customers happy. Thank you Rachel and the owner for doing everything y’all did to help us! Truly appreciated 🫶🏼

Brandon was amazing his customer service was above all outstanding and today he offered alot of good information. If you ever need any kinda help or information about your vape i highly recommend this location. Plus this location has the new point system and it is the best thing they have ever came out with. Brandon definitely deserves a raise in pay raise. They don't make employees like this any more....

This Vape Shop is the best vape shop I have ever entered, and my mini travels are nice neat clean. The staff is personable, and everything is organized well. I could not say anything negative about this shop. If you ever get a chance, please visit the incredible staff. You'll love it. The atmosphere is personable down to earth!

This vape store had prob the best selection in town I've been to quite a few vape stores and this one has prob there best selection of salt nic and juice not including devices that I've ever seen I would this recommend this place to first time and veteran vapers alike. Brandon was the guy behind the counter he was so courteous and respectful and super helpful and made sure my vape needs were met ,also this Store had wide range of devices and juices in my opinion one of the best selections in town. I'm a OG Vaper of twelve years used to buy my juice at the flea market with the rest of the world.

I’ve been to multiple vape supply stores in the area, and this by far is the best one around, the young man that assisted me was named Chris. He was outstanding, he took the time to make sure that my needs were met. Just an awesome store. Awesome, knowledgeable, and employee.

Guy at the store was super friendly and nice, he let me know about a sale going on and saved me money which is always a plus. He also signed me up for a points program, I'm definitely in need when it comes to my vapes.

Best Vape Shop Around!! Been shopping at their Sevierville location since they opened their doors back at the beginning on the vape craze. They have the largest selection of juices, mods, disposables and accessories of any vape store I've ever been to. The owners Danny and Chrystal are extremely nice and their staff stays educated on the most recent trends in the industry and is always helpful to newcomers as well as seasoned vape enthusiasts. I would highly recommend them!
