Had such an incredible experience!! I am not a runner and want to get started.

Julie was phenomenal! She analyzed how I walked and found very specific shoes depending on how much foot shape is and how I walk! All the options she found were so comfortable.

I never felt pressured to buy, and didn’t feel like I was being sold to. I felt like the genuinely cared about my experience and did whatever it took to get me the right shoe, not just “a” shoe. I’ve never been excited about running and talking and going through this experience makes me want to go running right now.

Outstanding customer service! From the initial phone call to exiting the store with brand new running shoes. I had a very specific request that included a Gait Analysis and they exceeded my expectations. Stella was very professional. Highly recommend!

New customer here. Despite the name, this store isn't just for runners. Im a heavy set guy who doesn't run, but i do get a lot of walking in. I needed a really good shoe that can support someone my size and get 20k - 25k steps in a day. I haven't been able to find good shoes in a long time and have been in agony after 10k steps which is bad for my job.
I was a little worried about going in as I am not a runner, I obviously don't look like a runner and I came in with street clothes, but my worries were quickly put to rest. I was greeted with great personal customer service. They measured my feet which I haven't been offered to have my feet measured in a long time. I had a lot of questions and all of them were answered. It was a fantastic experience. No judgement for how I looked. Nice clean store, great staff. Very happy! Will be a repeat customer. Thanks!

Ask for JULIE!! This woman is amazing!! I needed to get fit for a new pair of shoes and she went above & beyond what I expected! My grandma (who is 89, blind, & hard of hearing) decided she needed shoes too. So Julie took care of her as well! She even helped us back out to the car and helped my grandpa get the wheelchair in the trunk! Talk about service!! My only concern is the stores main entrance is not wheelchair accessible. (Tho in TULSA RUNNER's defense, they most likely are not many customers in wheelchairs that come in). They did say they are working on getting it accessible tho. Still... They are awesome people! Thanks again Tulsa Runner! And especially Julie!!

I moved out of state and called to ask what I ordered last time, and was given that information plus what would be the newer model and size. He mailed the new pair and I wore them today and they are so comfortable! Really appreciate the service!

I have been putting off buying new shoes for a long time. Susan was very kind and helpful. I’m not a runner, but I stand and walk long hours at work. She was knowledgeable and able to help me find shoes that would fit my needs. I never write reviews, but thank you Susan, you deserved a shout out!

Their service is wondeful! They provided so many options to help coming off an injury. The store was busy but they still provided outstanding help. I would recommend to anyone over any other running store.

My family always has a great experience here. No one ever pushes a sale, they are just friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. We found new running shoes for almost the whole family (my youngest's feet were too small for the selection, which we assumed before we went.) The staff was attentive, making sure we got the correct size and style for each of our unique foot shapes and running preferences.

I've decided to get back in shape after a really long time and needed some running shoes. I'm really glad I found this place. The lady that helped me, Julie? (so sorry If I forgot her name) was very helpful. They put you at ease as soon as you walk in the door, get some info from you (by watching your walk) and start showing you shoes. She brought out 4 or 5 pair of shoes and a couple of different brands, found the one that felt great and now I'm off to the races. Really cool place.

The lady there was super nice she was literally putting the shoes on my feet and tying them for me. I got great shoes that Im excited to run in 10/10 experience.

Great experience! Awesome service. My wife and I got fitted for new shoes and love them! Pricing was better than what I found online and they do great sales and clearance. I'll always make the trip here for my running needs.

Excellent customer service. Had a pair of Hoka's that didn't fit right and they took the time to remeasure my feet and make sure I got the perfect fit. Definitely will be my new store for anything footwear.

I forgot the guy that helped me this past week to get a pair of shoes and flip-flops. Feet feels better than ever. Still have pain in my foot but I will just have to see the doctor about it. Great customer service.

Fantastic store! Very impressed with how much time they spend measuring feet and observing gait for best possible fit. Locally owned. During last tax-free weekend, he brought the price down on some very nice running shoes to under $99 to be eligible for the tax exemption. Highly recommend.
