I love this UPS location. The young woman manager is always friendly and the store is immaculately clean, especially during this busy time of the year.

I’m elderly, I’m not a techie person. And you have a wonderful employee. I believe her name is Karista. She is so patient and kind, very helpful intelligent. But above all very professional. I had the best experience, that I have ever had any place ever dealing with the public! She is a jewel in a one of a kind.

I come here a lot to mail returns and they’re always quick, easy, and friendly!

Thanks to Tyler for helping me out to change the location I accidentally selected.
He went above and beyond so I could switch to UPS.

I needed a notary to sell a car, and the staff the UPS store were extremely helpful in the process. Also, I left my license behind on accident, and the staff mailed it to my home. I couldn't be more impressed with their amazing customer service.

I've returned several online purchases recently, and the woman who works in this store at lunch time is always so nice and helpful. I take the box in with the shipping label (usually not even taped to the box), and she quickly weighs it, prints a tracking receipt, sends me on my way, and takes care of the rest. Much appreciated polite and speedy service on my lunch hour.

The best UPS store experience I've ever had. I was in town visiting from Arkansas and needed a gift printed. The young woman worked on my project until it was right and had the best customer service!

Carla, UPS employee, is always courteous, helpful and professional.
She offers helpful suggestions, and is efficient in her job. I use
this store regularly because of the service I get there.

Update: I did return to the store at a later date and was served by the same employee. The service I received this time was superior - very helpful and conscientious. I think we could possibly account for the reception I received at my previous visit as the result of a possible bad day, which we all have from time to time. I apologize for possibly jumping to conclusions and I hope this makes up for any misunderstanding on my part. Thanks!

The employee who seems to be the only one here whenever I come acts like he works at some government office. I'm a customer! How about a "please" or "thank you"?

This is our go to store. They will take care of your supplies boxing needs and get it done right! Often times I have oversized and irregular sized items but they pack it and ship it! Thank You for being able to get it done. ;))
