The UPS Store

Love this place and the staff. Especially Rachel who has helped me out for the past two days trying to deal with Amazon and all there stupid return policy’s.
Rachel went above and beyond for helping me. I had to call Amazon customer service and she not only helped me during that phone call but all the other steps that have happen the following day too.
She is truly the best !

Love the ups store..in Amsterdam, NY..they are always very friendly and have the store smelling so fresh..clean and neat...plus I send whatever I need copied thru my email and it's always ready for me to pick up..when I get there...the ARE THE BEST....

This UPS Store is the only 1 I go to. Recently they have sent very valuable items to our son in NM only several occasions. Every item shipped was recieved in a timely manner in perfect condition! I couldn't be more happier! Great Job!

Without fail, this is the friendliness, most helpful UPS store I have ever used. They are organized, if you need a box or to print your return label, they've got you!

The reviews here are so laughable. You don't want peanuts in your package, tell them! You don't want your items packaged with bubble wrap and secured in a box so they don't bounce around and break, tell them! Refuse the extra care they are providing to get your items safely to their destination. Then you come on here and complain about it lol. Darned if you do darned if you don't. If they didn't package up perfectly you would come on here and complain they broke your items during tranport. You 1 star ppl are ridiculous. Oh wait can't forget about the reviews with people complaining bc they needed to pay for tape to close the box. Hello moochers! Do it yourself. How do you not know you need your box closed when shipping it?!?

Not sure why all the bad reviews I was from out of town easy to find I emailed the label to them which they printed for me and I happily paid $1.71 for the nice young girl to put in on my prepacked box for me.

I'm always in the ups store. Friendly staff and service. Up to date on all shipping mailing copying and computer and fax and copy machines. Info on all kinds of printing and postal services.
