I called the store on a Sunday and spoke with Brian. I was looking for a sofa that I saw on line and he walked me through the process and sadly the one I wanted was discontinued but he found a better one and I bought it. The delivery guys were friendly and went above and beyond. I highly recommend this store and will buy again. The sofa was also reasonable priced.

Okay so, I’m from Long Island and I feel lost here in upstate New York. I have never been to a furniture store where every single associate was so welcoming and kind. My boyfriend and I were looking for a new couch and they had so many options. I had my mind set on a sectional but we found the most comfortable, beautiful and affordable couch that was not a sectional. I couldn’t be happier. I’d give 10 stars if I could. Loved the process and the service was amazing. To the associates who are reading this, you are awesome to say the least. Thank you so much!

We had the best experience at Ashley Homestore. Someone greeted us immediately and took us around the store. We picked what we wanted, and then came home had an issue with measurement. I called the store spoke with Sales Manager Jessica! We worked it out on the phone, made what I picked worked and got it still on my delivery date. I would recommend Ashley Homestore to anyone.

2 things. BEWARE of the 20% restocking fee regardless if your ordered shipped or not. Once you sign, you’re on the hook for 20%.
Secondly. Customer service and the manager nick were great to work with and very understanding.
Guess I owe a new couch!

I called Ashley Furniture looking for replacement cushions for a 6 year old couch. Nicholas and Duane went above and beyond to help me locate what was needed. The couch numbers had changed so it was not an easy process, but they searched and communicated frequently to keep me updated. They very easily could have told me it's not available so I'd buy another couch, but they were able to save me $1000+ locating some replacement pieces for a couch that is still in great condition minus some leather peeling. Thanks a million, Nicholas and Duane.

Amazing customer service! Ashley of Ashley Furniture has been beyond 5-stars! Relocating to the Albany area from 4 hours away. Telephoned the store to see how I could get a bed delivered by my move-in date which isn’t that far off! We spoke. We texted. Ashley went and checked on things I asked about. Even though I wasn’t able to secure the item I initially called about, Ashley found me a great substitute- that I’m starting to love just as much- and provided me with better pricing than the competition! Looking forward to furnishing the rest of my apartment and shopping in person in a few weeks.

Ashley’s Furniture’s representative, Jessica, was very helpful and patient with me. I was very comfortable and did not feel rushed, or pressured, into buying any furniture. It was my first time purchasing furniture and Jessica made me feel real comfortable in my experience. I look forward to future business with them.

I was looking for individual pieces and went to Ashley. Brian the salesperson was professional really tried to help me find the things I was looking for. The store was nice and there was a nice selection of furniture. Brain was not pushy and let me walk around but was always ready to answer questions. In the end it was a successful shopping experience and Brian helped me get a good price.

I had a great experience from walking into the door and being greeted. I was not hassled or asked over and over if I needed help once I let the person who greeted me at the door, know that I was looking for so when I was talking to on the phone. She informed me that Jessica was on the phone with another customer and will get with me as soon as she was done and she walked off. Which was cool to have happened being an African-American woman. No one was following cool to have happened being an African-American woman. No one was following me around or watching me as I walk through the store. As soon as Jessica was done, she walked up to me, greeted me with a beautiful smile and started showing me all the things that I had texted her I wanted. She also took me back to her computer to look at other things that I may like. She made me feel like I knew her for years. I got to order a lot of things that I need it for my new house in a very short period of time with ease and confidence. I look forward to going back and buying more stuff because the process was easy and friendly all the way to me getting in my car and having people load stuff into my car for me. It was truly a great experience and I will be going back thank you Jessica, and all the people that worked on helping me with my grade experience. Sorry I don’t know everyone’s name. Oh, and I got one part of my furniture today and it was delivered in a timely manner. That process was also amazing. I got a call the day before asking me about my order and letting me know that they will be delivering between 12 and three. They got here about 1215 and they brought everything in put it together, was very friendly and make me feel safe. So I look forward to getting the rest of my stuff delivered because it was also a great experience.

I am in complete AWE at the level of customer service I have received from Rick and Nicholas in the Ashley store in Amsterdam. They have gone well above and beyond to correct an error in my online order. They have called me to keep me posted on my order and even called on Sunday to confirm the order was corrected. In addition, the original delivery time frame was 2-4 weeks…it actually maybe coming this coming Tuesday which would be only a week and a half after my initial order. I am so incredibly thankful as this could’ve been a very costly and stressful situation. I can’t wait for my new furniture and highly recommend my two new best friends Rick and Nicholas 😊

I went in because my freezer died and I needed a new one right away. I showed them the one I like they checked to see if they had it . They did. Check where the delivery truck was and said it would be delivered in an 1hr I was so impressed and grateful that I wasn’t going to lose all my food. I was in and out in20 minutes. Staff was wonderful and very accommodating.

Got my furniture delivered. Excellent condition, no issues, everyone was friendly and helpful throughout the whole process. Great delivery guys. I will order from them again.

I called the Amsterdam Ashley Home Store and spoke with Brian about the Gavelston console table. I had a few questions about it, the military discount that Ashley offers, purchasing it, and delivery if I did purchase the table. He was very knowledgeable and polite and gave me the information that I needed to make the decision to purchase it. The Gavelston console table is exactly the piece of furniture I was looking for. The table needed to be ordered. It came in quickly and delivery was speedy and even on the 4th of July. This gorgeous, sturdy piece of furniture is one I will treasure for years!

We had a very nice shopping experience at the Ashley Home Store in Amsterdam, NY. They were having a great Labor Day sale. Aidan S. Spent a lot of time answering our questions and getting our purchase completed. We had to adjust our order after a mishap measuring. The manager, Jessica, was more than helpful in getting everything sorted out. Can’t wait for our new furniture to arrive.

Nicholas with Ashley Furniture was absolutely incredible. He made sure to help me fix an issue that I had with a prior order and answered all of my questions. He made sure to help me in any way he could. I’m in the process of furnishing my first ever home with my fiancé and he tried to help me get the best deal possible. He did everything he could. I truly am thankful for his time. Would recommend him and Ashley to anyone.

Friendly service. Got the nice recliner but it is a little banged up. Overall I am happy. It also turns out that you never get the price you want.
