We went to this Home Depot this morning to buy a solid mesh for my bird cage. Miguel who works around aisle 28 helped us get the exact mesh we wanted. He is extremely professional, answers all our questions, and gives us his professional advice. He also goes above and beyond by helping us cutting a small piece off and rolling the rest into a bundle for easy carrying. This young guy exemplifies the best sales associate, and is the future of Home Depot. Thank you Miguel, and keep up the good work!

I love going to Home Depot, so that's always a plus! This location is well laid out, with staff that really pay attention to the customers' needs in general, so that's nice. It offers anything you could want for home repairs or remodels, so it's a one-stop shop for anyone looking to do any remodelling. I like the paint section. I just wish that they still sold Shellac in a can, but at least they have plenty of other stains to choose from.

Ordered 110 concrete bricks online for curbside pick up. The process was easy. Made things so much better than trying to search in store. It would have taken a lot of effort trying to load it to a cart and then to my truck. Thankfully, the staff there responded quickly to my notification that I was there to pick up and loaded my truck fast. Everyone should be using this option!

This is a great store, but as with all Home Depots you have to understand how to use and work within the system. patience is the order of the day especially when they get busy, most of their staff were helpful and Care, some of them are even experts in the Departments that they're in. this store is one of the biggest stores that I've seen complete with a large rental area great selection of materials and a huge Garden area. they've got lots of pro parking although parking for non Pro customers can sometimes be very difficult when the Great Mall is in full swing.

The nursery plants and trees section in Home Depot is really good. They are well maintained and have various options to choose from.

Perfect gifts for Mother's day. Who would not like a pot of plant as a gift? A nice thought

Local hardware store. Will find most items in store for home improvements. It probably has some of the lowest prices compared to other stores. They should offer free wifi because there are dead internet cellphone signal zone by the register.

A complete store for your house related stuff. Whether it be plants, plumbing, appliances, lighting, remodeling, manufacturing, tools, truck rentals, etc... you can get everything from this location. They have great collection of indoor plants and they are better in price compared to other nurseries. They also have high quality, well built and decent price home and gardening tools. They staff members are knowledgeable but difficult to find given the store is huge. Check out is quick. They also have self check out counters. For online pick up orders they have lockers now. So no more wait in line. When your order is ready you will get a locker code. Just go to the locker area and enter the code. That's it. Parking gets difficult sometimes as its in the Great Mall area.

Very large store. Good place to buy home improvement items. You can definitely find any small to large items you are looking for. You can find any kind of tools. Sign boards are there so you can easily locate. Highly recommend.

I like to come here to look at the garden section. I picked up some lavender for my garden.

This was a pleasant surprise. There actually was someone in the lightbulb dept to help a few of us with LED bulb questions and issues. A few minutes later, I had more questions but could not find that same person. Maybe a ghost? And check out was pretty quick.

Tmobile Users get a free wifi connection here... Not sure how or why but it works really well.

We visited to search and buy Ant killer, and grass seeds. To our satisfaction we could locate the same in minutes. Out of vide verities we enjoyed to choose as per our requirement. Payment counters were quick. Area inside is widespread and well defined. Parking lot is quite big, we got the spot easily.

Great gardening department. Father was shocked at the prices as was I when the prices doubled in the last 8 days. Doubled. So we only got half of the plants, fruits, vegetables. Another racist encounter where the customer service almost pushed my elderly father down trying to get past him as he is old. And disabled. I seen the brush and my dad almost fall and confronted that employees associate and tell them don't look at a color of a human and act ignorant. That's not how we do in California or the USA. WE RESPECT each other's space. Especially our elders. I don't understand the policy of keeping employees who don't Abide by standard equal rights anymore. I've confronted racism before at this location and they've removed or replaced management 10x over the last 5 years. My mother too. But we have no choice. We need supplies and the competitors are just as biased in the community FULL OF MIXED PEOPLE. No complaints. Be aware. Take notes. Record with your phones. Document your encounters. Show management the behaviours. Let them deal with their reputations accordingly. I have no choice but to shop where I can pick my purchases I need...

They have great foxtail fern and lavender right now. We didn't find orange tree or persimmon tree we needed.

This Home Depot is alot better than the one on Story Rd. Plus if you're in the garden section at night you can hangout with home puss.

I am a very happy & satisfy Home Depot customer, because Wesley Hu (Milpitas' kitchen cabinet specialist) done an excellent & professional job with my family's kitchen cabinet ordering. He was very patient, helpful (our questions), kind, good attitude, flexible (all our wants) and working best to give us the best deal plus working very hard to helping us with additional apt on purchase of choosing our desire kitchen sink even he was very tide up already. We truly appreciated his big, wonderful helps. He should be reward with employee of the month or a big raise/bonus. Thanks so much Wesley & Home Depot! ;) :] :}

Stellar customer service at this Home Depot. Couldn't find a cheap shovel I came in for. A nice employee in the garden department tried and couldn't find it. She couldn't see without her glasses. Attempt noted.

She spent about 10 minutes looking for a manager and when we found one, they gave me the cheap shovel's price and have me the best success suitable for my needs.

They might have not earned money off me but they won a customer for life.

With the new self checkout paired with the Home Depot app that tells you what aisle everything is on, the shopping experience at this location is prime. Much of the staff here has been around for while and are very knowledgeable. Parking can be crazy on weekends due to sharing parking lot with Great Mall

Staff can be hit and miss anywhere, but I've had good luck every time I've been to this store. Don't expect them to be an expert at all the trades, but they'll definitely point you in the right direction. They also give military discount with ID (like all HDs do), thanks!
