Her and i are huge Mickey Ds ice cream cone fans...pulled into the drive thru, she manipulated the app like a boss and the lively girl at the window handed us the BEST filled cones we have seen at a McDonalds, seriously, that girl obviously has pride in her work. Thank you sweetie, whoever you are.

I can't comment on the service because I've only ever been through the drive-through for mobile pick up. The fries at this McDonald's are S-tier top level fries in the entire rank of McDonald's locations. I ate them in the car so fast I forgot to take a picture to show everyone its glory. If you use the McDonald's app, the large fries is only $1 plus tax which is such a good deal. I also got the quarter pounder with lettuce, not the Travis Scott. There was so little ketchup and mustard that I put more in it myself which wasn't a big deal. I asked for extra pickles but I guess their idea of extra pickles is four pickles.

Honestly the staff for the grave shift are so wonderful! Very tentative and always get out fresh food, sometimes it takes a few extra minutes but I never mind since it means I'm getting a hot fresh meal at 3 in the morning. which is very much appreciated and on top of that the food is prepped very nicely. love the service keep up the great work!

I love this McDonald's!! Nelia Ventura have excellent customer service and made my visit memorable. I traveled all the way from Hayward and she made the trip worthy. McDonald's takeout was convenient and reliably delicious, offering a quick and satisfying meal on the go.

It’s McDonalds. The service is quick, the food is edible and it saves you from cooking dinner. Late nights are the best nights here. Around 1am is the sweet spot for hot food!

In My Opinion, Was, Is, Always Will Be, A Great Place to Get A Quick, Delicious beef or chicken burger and drink and fries and a soft serve cone, since I first went there back in the '60s!!!

This place has been fairly consistent for McDonalds and has an easy to access parking lot. They usually have soft serve and I everytime I check the bags the items are there.

McDonalds is McDonalds, this one seems to be doing alright compared to others I have been to.

Great food. However the drive thru is horrid. The intercom is scratchy at best and you can barely hear what they are saying. When placing an order they can't seem to understand what costumers are saying either.

I loved the fries and burger on this fast food chain, sometimes I will take out my order so that we can dine together with my wife and my kids. Sometimes during weekend we past this Fast Food chain and usually we dine in talk while we are eating.

Best mcdonalds in the bay area after 11pm. The night crew got.... Experience. I drive from outside town just to get a perfect 100% meal. Only way they could be better is is they had mcflurry machine cleaned already(all mcdonalds do this at night).

Fast service and friendly cashiers. Thus Milpitas McDonalds is always kept clean and welk stocked. Food is up to their standards and is benchmark. It's in the middle of our city and city hall, rec center and senior citizen center and other services are across the street. Very convenient for McDonald's customer.

I like the drive thru because it's open 24 hours. I like the manager her name is Norma she is so nice. I like to work with her team as part time crew but too bad I have to quit the job due to the my personal responsibility.

Nice, friendly staff. My sausage mcmuffin was slightly burnt and was missing the egg, but I was given a free replacement without asking by the staff due to the sandwich's quality.

Not bad, although the men's restroom was out of order when I visited.

We tried the MC Donald app. Ordered online and pick up at the designed spot. Double cheese burgers and fries delivered fresh and hot. Highly recommended.

In terms of food, it's McDonald's. Employees have been a mix of rude and polite. There's a huge indoor playground though, so it's cool and it's definitely a go-to on rainy day or when it's too hot.

Convenient location, everything is expected.
