LOVING the updated Staples! A must-visit experience for individuals and businesses both large and small. We are especially excited for their new Service Center which includes: TSA Pre-Check, US Passport Services, PC tech support, robust printing options, document shredding, and a recycling center for old electronics. Highly recommend!

Excellent! I realized at about 15 minutes before closing time on a Sunday that I needed more printer ink for my HP. The staff member was very patient with me trying to use a credit card with no PIN. The only problem I had was locating the ink--the available cartridges appeared to end with the number just before the one I needed, and the location of the one I needed was out of the way and not at all obvious. However, I was impressed that the prices were as good as at Amazon, delivery was sooner, and they didn't try to sell me cheaper, knock-off brands that wouldn't work in my printer.

I am not entirely happy with the changes Staples has made in-store, but the staff remains very helpful and courteous. They are the reason I will keep coming back.

As a teacher, I love coming here for all of my needs. I just wish they had more 'classroom' stuff (posters, colored tape, bulletin boarders) because all of the specialty stores for teachers have gone out of business. Occasionally, they do, but not regularly.

I had a great experience with all of the employees from the man who helped me find the printer ink, to the cashier who laughed off my clumsiness of knocking over a sign. The employees seem genuinely nice. Oh and to the fat phobic commenter, you've been reported for bullying. Someone's weight has nothing to do with your customer service experience.

The buying experience was pretty much perfect. The communication via text about the experience was perfect, the item was ready when I arrived at the store, a staff member put it into my car immediately, and the item was exactly as described.

Alex the manager was really helpful. We aren’t really sure what we are doing with our prints and he was very patient and even tried to custom print on the card stock we brought in. It has been a while since we have dealt with good customer service and someone who was helpful. I definitely will recommend others to this location.

It's a huge store so take the associate on his/her offer to help you find something. I needed index cards and discovered a whole new world of office goodies. I was greeted instantly and there was always someone rovering around to offer assistance. This is a good location to find all of your office supplies.

Feeling awful and down, I went to Staples to make my first ever missing pet poster. The staff here was friendly and considerate when helping me print the flyers. Thank you for making my day alittle better with you kind words. Great service does make a difference.

We walked in with about 2 minutes to close and Andre and Sam in the printing department took care of us. They let us stay past closing time to sort out our assignment which was due the next day. These dudes are super rad nice gentlemen. Big love.
