Let me start by saying if you need anything kitchen related, whether you're a home cook or a professional, please come here before waiting in the long lines at the big box stores or paying their fees for the same products. I found this place at the last minute to get some baking supplies and they had everything I needed for my recipe, plus a bunch of other cool goodies for my kitchen. I was astounded how inexpensive everything was and the staff was SO helpful. I'll never buy my kitchen supplies from Walmart, Target, Home Goods or any other big box store again knowing that I can get commercial grade supplies here at Wholesale prices. Thank you so much Standard!

Gloria spent a lot of time with my husband and I helping us find small containers that would fit into a larger dish. We were looking for a particular shape and they have lots of disposable and non-disposable small containers to choose from. I love going into this store!

The pans are not fancy, but functional in the extreme. Aluminum saute and sauce pans, serviceable knives, ladles of all sizes. If you can cook with it, Standard has it at a great price.

The manager, Tom Bain knows food service and has been very helpful to me. I give these guys a five star rating for knowledge, having in stock top restaurant grade products and immediate availability of hard to find commercial grade items. It is a major hassle to shop with the on-line clowns who don't know jack! Standard makes shopping local easy!

The staff are amazing and I can get just about every flavour of syrup for seltzer or coffees under the sun.

Seemed expensive but if you join club its probably cheaper. Didnt have walkin door closer but at least they are open on saturday! I will recommend.

The best in Albuquerque! I'm a private Chef new to the area from Dallas and I have to say there wasn't a supply house anywhere near as good as this back in Texas. Huge inventory.

They have a great supply of restaurant equipment. Even quick disconnect hoses for grills and friers. It's probably a little more than you would pay Online, but they have it in stock, and you get to use it immediately.
