They will go above and beyond to deliver your items.
Most proactive service I've experienced.

Everything was great. Line was short, employee was nice and smilingly answered my questions, and the store was clean. Not much else a patron could ask for.

Good UPS Store. Open on Sundays ! A dream. The new owners are great. Specially Diaman who always has a smile on her face, and ko matter how busy she is, always makes you feel welcomed

The staff of a business is the most important asset. Here they are quite friendly and professional. I have found Yude, who I think is the manager, to consistently be very helpful, knowledgeable, a very hard worker and will go out of her way to be of service with a smile!

When I arrived at the store I called and Yude came out to my car and took care of everything so I did no have to get out of my car this made my life so much easier and I really appreciate the help, Yude told me to call when I ctin the future and she will help me .

I’ve been coming to this UPS for the last 5 years and the staff is great! I love their work ethics and professionalism.

I visited this location, and I have to say that the customer service I received by the UPS associate was above and beyond what I normally see in other establishments. The associate Raquel was courteous and answered all my questions thoroughly and offered the best shipping option for my needs. I usually don't come to this location, however after the service I received and I am in the area, I will make sure to use this location for my shipping needs. The location was easy to find and it was well maintained and clean, especially during these times cleanliness is everything and this location is doing everything right in my opinion.

This was my first time coming to this ups store & let me just say it's not like the rest! Very spacious & the girls work super fast. It was probably the quickest experience I've had shipping packages & everyone was super nice. I will definitely make the drive to come back here!

Had to return a area rug to Amazon. Was agonizing about it all day. How to get it in a box etc. These ladies were so helpful and reassuring. They were just plain extra nice. I felt alot better about the rug getting safely to Amazon. I'm normally a FedEx person but they definitely have a new customer. Ladies, you're customer service was exceptional. Merry Christmas.
