The employees in this store are helpful and accessible.
Yes, I have had to wait for my turn to have keys made, but at least I was acknowledged by the clerk. A simple hello is so much nicer than being ignored.
I made the mistake of buying the wrong size toilet bowl seat and exchanging it was easy. I mean, who knew toilet seats came in sizes and so many different shades?
Parking is plentiful and I usually find a spot up front.
The sales associates are very accommodating to someone like me who isn't knowledgeable about home improvements. So what if I didn't know if needed an-oval or round toilet seat, the bottom line is eventually I found the perfect one for me. And some cool lamps too!
I really like this store and being next to Walmart makes this a very convenient location.

I went in looking for fire pit logs and they were at the door. No price was on them so I went right over to customer service and the lady there seemed to absolutely love her job. When I walked up to her I said "Great Day!" Her reply was "yes, it's a great day to be at Lowes, how can I make your experience better!" I said nothing, your enthusiastic reply is enough to make any customers day better! I hope that all of Lowes, Walmart and Sam's Club uses her example of customer service because that's great customer service! I hope to meet up to her again because it's truly a pleasure.

I had to make 15 key copies and expected a not so friendly experience from the employee in the hardware aisle because of the number of keys. I was pleasantly surprised to find that he was not only willing to make the copies, he was also fast. Thanks to Paul in Hardware!

I usually shop at Home Depot but they didn't have what I wanted (an adapter for the faucet and a garden hose) so I went to Lowe's and they did have what was looking for. Plus, they have Ego brand lawn maintenance equipment that Home Depot doesn't. That's important to me because I'm buying a house soon.

Melissa S. at the Sunrise Lowe's Pro Desk was totally amazing!! My dilemma was fast becoming impossible to resolve, as I'd already phoned Home Depots, Ace Hardwares, and another Lowes store and gotten absolutely nowhere. However, Melissa alone took the time to investigate my issue, ultimately resulting in finding a perfect solution for me!

Simply put, I had lost all my keys to some Master Lock padlocks, which were on my property gates. Every other store was quick to dismiss my request as a task they would not be able to complete, but through a few phone calls and chats with other employees, Melissa made a miracle happen. Master Lock is mailing me out duplicates!

Thanks to Melissa's kind persistence and understanding, the expensive (and/or destructive) solution I was facing suddenly became a $17.00 remedy (cost of 3 master key copies)! Without a doubt, I will be returning to that Lowe's for my future household needs. A++++ ~Bye, Home Depot!

I enjoy shopping at this Lowe's versus other hardware stores nearby because its always very organized and quiet making it easy to search for hardware. There is very little foot and car traffic. I also like that they offer bins for recycling bags, batteries, and compact flourescent lighbulbs - all which are very harmful to our biosphere. All products are where they should be and the staff is generally very helpful.

Gentleman was very nice helping me with what I needed. Cashier was very nice as well. Store seemed clean and easy to navigate. Going through some system upgrades it looks like.

Had a great experience. I had a gentleman by the name of Lal. He helped me with things that I needed for my garden Show me where everything was that I needed.. He was very hopeful.

ok Lowes not the best not the worst occasionally has really good deals. I would just as many but not as good sales as other stores in the area. Currently has higher prices on most sale items than other stores in the general vicinity

Been in business over a 100 years need I say more. They must be doing something right. The prices and sales are awesome and you can always find a good deal. Customer service is the motto so stop in and let them ensure you find your home improvement needs are met with a smile and great savings.

Went to Lowe's for a couple projects and saw this little beauty looking a little lonely so i gave a new home. I have owned Weber, Char-Broil, and others but truthfully none compare to cost and quality of construction. The young lady working there, Kenyatta, went out of her way to ensure we were taken care of. Love the store, the staff, location, ease of access..absolutely zero issues!!
My grill is the Napolean Rogue 425 XT..and i will submit it is better than my Weber i bought for 400 more than this one. Huge bonus is the side burner.

This store is almost never full. Very organized and clean

Always have a good experience at the Lowe's in Sunrise. Associate was helpful in helping me find the items I was looking for. Lots of hard to find hardware items. Prices were fair and store is clean. :)

Great store, found a pop-up replacement assembly for bathroom sink plastic for only $7.98 where Home Depot only had one for $33.61 medal, and a Mr. Beam outside battery / motion light for $29.97, Great for RV trailer
