Konakai Peruvian Cuisine

Excellent food, very well prepared and tastes great, the restaurant is newly remodeled and beautiful, the bathrooms are A1, so I recommend them.

I love Peruvian food and Konakai offers authentic Peruvian food. I loved the renovations, definitely elevated the restaurant, very elegant and with a really nice vibe. Food and service were great. They might need more servers, I think ours was very busy that night. We understood they're going through some changes so it was ok.

Great place for Peruvian food and latin music! The Anticuchos were delicious, The dish comes with 2 meat sticks and Rachi (belly meat) but since I don't like Rachi, I was given the options for 4 sticks of Anticuchos. I was a very happy girl 😁.
Service was good despite of how busy they were. And the ambiance was great! Fridays they have Karaoke night and it turnes out like a live band party. So much fun! Will definetly go back to eat & party.

Hands down, pound for pound the BEST Peruvian restaurant. A must if you’re in the Sunrise area.

As soon as you walk in, the place looks amazing the expansion they added a few years ago makes the place much more spacious. Our server's name was Paolo and he was amazing and so was the food.

Absolutely outstanding dining experience at this little Peruvian restaurant. It came very highly recommended and they did not disappoint! The flank steak was very rich and flavorful. The ceviche was perfectly seasoned and the seafood was very fresh. All of us were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend! Staff was very friendly.

This is the best establishments on Planet! Leave your wife, leave your kids, bring your stomach… Just keep it private. Food was wonderful and service was even better! Paolo was the best waiter I’ve ever had. He was very attentive and hilarious. Also smooth with the ladies, stole my girl from me. Tip him big and tell him I sent you.

We go there at least once a week. Everything on the menu is authentic and consistently delicious. Great expansion just made to include entertainment. Great food, great drinks, great vibes! Perfect hidden gem in Sunrise!

Small place with great Peruvian food. I would have given the place 4.5 stars, because the seating was so cramped it was hard to stay comfortable. I am giving it 5 stars because the food was so good. The citrus chicken was really good and the steak and rice was fantastic. The star of the show was the clam appetizer ceviche. The kids menu only has one item, kids chicken tenders. If you are in the area it is definitely worth the stop.

It is your typical neighborhood restaurant with a fine dining twist, we dine in take out at least once a month. The place is small and cozy so take in consideration the movie 🎥 theatre 🎭 next door because it gets crowded on the weekends. Best Peruvian 🇵🇪 food 🥘 in the area being recognized for its food and community service.

Very delicious food! I had the green spaghetti with grilled chicken and it was super tasty! I tried the chifa another other time, and I was not a super fan so I would recommend platos criollos from my experience.
The service is super good and everything is super clean! I’m definitely coming back.

Probably the one of the best if not the best flavor of peruvian food you can find in Broward. The place is going through renovation but they will expand shortly once it's all completed.

I came to this restaurant a long time ago and was impressed by how beautifully they renovated and expanded. The food and service were excellent. Now the restaurant offers karaoke on Fridays, and we celebrated my best friend's birthday there, having an amazing time. We We will definitely come back soon.

Delicious Peruvian dishes from different regions to choose from the menu. Service is great, the quality outstanding, the presentation of the good is always on point. Highly recommend this restaurant.

This place was delicious! Went last week with a friend, she LOVES Peruvian food and we are always trying new Peruvian restaurants in South Florida. I have to say this is one of the best so far. I ordered Arroz Chaufa de Pollo that was amazing and a very big portion and my friend ordered Lomo Saltado. We also had Causa de Pollo and its was delicious! Highly recommended! One of the best in the area.
