Most of the cashiers here are black, and they have been with this store for over twenty years, and most of them knows me, because of the black Friday deals,and that I used to shop there on a regulary basis. I didn't get her name, but I thanked her more than once, because she took great care of me when I brought the same items to return to hialeah, but the spanish cashier refused to accept, and the black cashier didn't asked me any question as to why the tags where not attached. I wished I would have gotten her name, but she's a tall black girl around the age of 25-30, she was so nice, and professional, and knew what to do.

Thank you young lady, and continue to be as professional, and courteous as you were on Saturday, and everyday.

Sultane is the best employee. She smiles she is welcoming and above all goes beyond the call of duty! Departments stores can use more people like her !

Black Friday sale was great. I bought seven pairs of shoes. Christmas gift for each member of the family. I got all that were on my list. I enjoy shopping here.

This JC Penney was very different than what I'm use too seeing in Penney's and they had the Polo shirts on sale for the low low..I was impressed...they have really upped their game at this one...it was very nice.

This store has my favorite shirts and stuff I like here, I also liked their own rewards program because it gets off $10 or more out of your checkout.

I always come here for great deals on quality products from Hanes undershirts to socks to ties and dress shirts to dress pants and jackets no matter what I need I can find it at this location and to top it all of the service is aways met with a smile by the helpful and kind representatives. They will walk with you inquire about your day and go above and beyond to ensure you find what you're looking for

This JC Penny has great deals on all name brand clothes. I bought some puma shorts on sell.. wearing them right now🤩

I was returning an item and the girl who helped was very nice and did it very quickly. Decided to shop and found a beautiful blouse. The cashier was also very sweet! Walking around and sale assistants said good morning and all seems very happy. The store is always very clean and neat. Great experience as usual.

My experience was great with customer service. The actual department store could use more inventory. There wasn't a lot sizes of clothes available. I also didn't appreciate that if you don't have a receipt you don't get the price paid for your purchase. That's a bit of an inconvenience for the customer. There shouldn't be a different price if you don't have a receipt available. But that's corporates problem.
