This store is one of my fave Elegant Beauty Supplies Stores. The store is very clean and organized. The staff there is welcoming and friendly as well as knowledgeable about their products. The store is well-established with numerous recognizable brands of cosmetics, hair and skin care, lace front wigs, wigs, hair for braids, barber supplies, accessories, and styling tools. Elegant Beauty offers competitive prices and often has special on their products which can be found in their monthly Sale Flyer. You name it, Elegant Beauty has it.

I visited the store Around three to about 330 and the representative that assisted me was Jeff.Jeff helped me the whole while I was here he assisted me with the things I needed it .He took his time to walk me around the store and tell me the exact aisle . He is great Representation of how customer service should be conducted I will visit the store more often because of jeff thank you.

The store manger was amazing he was so helpful , he was patient with me and help me find exactly what I was looking for. Y’all have a customer for life because his amazing service I’ll always come back here.

When it comes to saving money and being able to get a discount for the points you're accumulated, Make sure you are aware of how many points you had from the last time you shop. You have some people that doesn't have integrity and will put their friends or family number instead of yours.

Hanene is awesome she assisted me and didn’t complain about my antics I tried on 20 wigs and 1 hour and 30 mins I found the match l. Thank you Hanene you’re awesome!!

I always come to this store when I’m looking for a wide selection of colored braiding hair or weave. They are so helpful and friendly. Also have a wide selection of strip & individual lashes, jewelry, hair accessories, make up tools, whatever you need is in here. Love it here!

Went in not confident on what to do with my hair just needed somthing new. Brittney helped so much tho! She sat and talked to me the whole time and helped me find the perfect wig! She taught me how to put it on and showed me all the products to take care of it and keep it on comfortably. She was so nice and funny! Definitely coming back to see her if I needed anymore help !

Came and Purchased a 30 inch full Street last week the customer service was great they gave me options to choose from in all the options were great can you bring me out and upsaled me :) …. I was happy about my purchases
