I've been going to this store for 30+ years. I frequently have had had Linda wait on me. I prefer her over many but not necessarily all. She is knowledgeable.
Today is was a perfect example. I needed a relay for my boat. She looked up part and had a few options. It was agreed I would return with the actual part. On return I got another clerk. He conceded to give me one off shelf, insisting that was the only option. I said it won't work. Linda noticed the issue and started helping. She got an identical one and it works.
It is nice to have people who care and are knowledgeable.

They didn't have part I needed in stock so they were kind enough to check Plymouth store and I went to get it there. Great staff and helpful, friendly and professional workers.

Five stars for O'Reilly's on Ford road. Santa's sleigh needed a new battery, Roger guided us in and Rick service the sleigh to get Santa back up in the friendly skies this holiday season!! I was down in Canton from the Brighton area on a very wintry day needed wipers called talked to Lee. Her and her compadres knew exactly what I needed and even install them on my car in just minutes. Thank you very much O'Reilly's. And thank you very much Lee.

Rick is the best I been coming here for long time Rick has amazing customer service and very Knowledgeable of a lots of things.

Anytime there is something wrong with my car this is the first place I go. As a woman it is very hard to find a place you trust to take your car. But every single person who I have talked to in this store has been incredibly helpful. I always leave feeling good about whatever purchase I made or information I received.

Always incredible service by the team at this location. Rick and Linda helped me yesterday with an air filter for my '13 Ford Escape. It was one of the first cars produced so it is a little finicky. Rick came outside to help figure out why and went way beyond anywhere else in the area. Highly recommended O'Reilly Auto Parts store.

The guys who work here really know their stuff and have excellent customer service! Whatever they make they deserve a raise. I came in tonight to buy wiper blades and they installed them for me without me asking or even expecting it and it was in the rain! I will always go to O'Reilly's first for anything I need for my car - thank you guys!

For reasons that are unclear to me, this place is never busy when I go in. Whats much more clear after visiting several times, is that exceptional customer service is the standard here. Ask a question, get an answer, and answer a dozen more questions when the employee verifies that you know exactly what you need to.

The employees here know their stuff, they engage with you on a personal level, and they work hard to make sure you get exactly what you need.

So far, every experiance Ive had here has been overwhelmingly positive.

They always carry exactly what I need down to diff covers, various store as well as name brand fluids, battery testing, lights, and quite a bit of aftermarket and factory replacement parts. Every visit I am greeted as soon as I walk in the door and every question I ask has an answer. These are some very knowledgeable employees that have no problem having a regular conversation with you.

I usually go to this store for all my car's purchase parts that I try to install. Today I went to the store because I noticed that my driver's side headlight was out. Even though it was raining lightly, the employee assisted me ( basically did everything) to replace the headlight which included removing the battrry because there is no space between battery and the compartment holding the headlight. Good service is alive and well at O'Reilly's Auto Parts in Canton.

Very helpful and they saved me money. I went in soon as the door opened, but that didn't deter the staff from assisting me immediately. They have everything your vehicle needs in stock.

I needed a new battery for my 2010 Ford Explorer. I went in asked for help. The gentleman looked at my vehicle, asked me if I want the 2 year or the three year warranty battery, someone took out my old battery and installed the new. Good service and reasonable prices are what you will find at O'Reilly Auto Parys.

Excellent parts store with knowledgeable staff. There are several different auto parts stores in the immediate area but I now go exclusively to this store. I go because the staff members have gone the extra mile to help me many different times. I’Reilly’s has excellent selection and has been able to provide me with parts for my rare Saab.

Rented a brake replacement tool kit from Chuck a few weeks ago. He was great to work with and really knew his stuff. This tool is over twice the price to rent other places. Will be returning for sure!
